JEE Advanced 2026 Registration: IIT Roorkee has closed the JEE Advanced Application form 2026. The last date for JEE Advanced registration 2026 was May 5. Direct link to fill the JEE Advanced 2026 application form was available in official website jeeadv.ac.in.

To apply, Indian candidates had to login to the JEE Advanced website using their JEE Main 2026 application number and date of birth. Foreign candidates had to do fresh registration by filling their name, date of birth, mobile number and other required details. Thereafter, candidates could fill JEE Advanced application form, upload documents, and pay application fee.

JEE Advanced 2026 Eligibility and Registration Process

Candidates applying for JEE Advanced 2026 must ensure they meet all the conditions of eligibilty before filling the form. The eligiblity criteria for JEE Advanced 2026 can be checked below for Indian and foreign candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO (F) Candidates

Candidates who are not citizens of India by birth or neutralized are called foreign citizens. Also, candidates who received their OCI/PIO card after March 4, 2021 are considered foreign nationals. 

Foreign nationals have to apply directly to JEE Advanced without appearing in JEE Main. The admission of foreign candidates are given in supernumerary seats (10% of the total available seats).

JEE Advanced Application Process 2026

The procedure to fill application form of JEE Adv consists of several stages. The step by step instuctions to apply for JEE Advanced 2026 are:

  1. Open JEE Adv official website - jeeadv.ac.in
  2. Click on Registration Link
  3. Select your category - Direct Foreign Registration or JEE Main 2026 Qualified candidates 
  4. Check all instructions regarding documents required and eligibility and proceed to fill the form
  5. Fill the required details and upload required documents
  6. Pay application fees

The application form gets submitted upon payment of fees. Download the filled form and take its printout.

JEE Advanced 2026 Application Process for Indian Candidates

The steps involved in applying for JEE Advanced 2026 are given below.

Step 1- Authenticate using JEE Main Details and Login

Every student needs to register through the official website, jeeadv.ac.in, by providing their JEE Main 2026 roll number, password, and security pin.

Step 2- Fill JEE Advanced 2026 Registration Form

Students have to enter various personal details in the specific columns of the JEE Advanced 2026 application form. The information required includes category, exam city preference, details of previous JEE Adv attempt (if any) etc.

Step 3- Upload Scanned Documents in JEE Advanced 2026 Form

Apart from the details, students will also need to upload scanned images of the documents needed like class 10/12 marks sheet and category certificates (if applicable).

Step 4- Pay the JEE Advanced 2026 Application Fee

Now, using the available online payment mode, pay the JEE Advanced 2026 application fee.

Step 5- Download and Print the JEE Advanced Registration Acknowledgement

After submitting all the details, students must take multiple printouts of the final application form for future requirements

JEE Advanced Application Process for Foreign Candidates

Foreign candidates can fill the form using instructions given below

Step 1- Click on Direct Registration of Foreign Candidates category

Step 2- Fill the required details which include name, parents name, gender, date of birth, category, mobile number, email address, passport number, address for correspondance and educational qualification information

Step 3- Upload scanned images of passport size photo, signature, class 12 marksheet, passport, photo ID and category certificate (if applicable)

Step 4- Pay application fees

The application form will be submitted once the fees is paid. Candidates must download their filled application form and keep it safe until the completion of admission process. The application form might be required at the time of reporting to the admitted institute.

Important Instructions to Fill JEE Advanced Application Form

Candidates applying for JEE Advanced must adhere to the below-mentioned points

  • All the information in the form must be filled with utomost care. There is no correction facility in JEE Advanced.
  • Documents which needs to be uploaded with application form must be scanned strictly as per the size and dimensions metioned in the information brochure
  • Candidates must apply within the specified dates. There will be no extension in last date.

The JEE Advanced exam pattern is dynamic. It changes every year. The only known aspect of the JEE Advanced exam pattern are:

  1. The number of papers: There are two papers - paper 1 and paper 2.
