SUAT 2024 cutoff will be prepared by the authorities of Sharda University. Candidates will be able to access two types of SUAT cutoff 2024 - qualifying and admission cutoff. The qualifying SUAT cutoff is the minimum score required to qualify the entrance exam, while the SUAT admission cutoff is the minimum score required for higher chances of admission into the preferred course. A:

The authorities will prepare two types of SUAT cutoff - qualifying and admission cutoff. The qualifying SUAT cutoff will consist of the minimum marks that the candidates will have to secure to qualify for the counselling and admission process. However, the SUAT admission cutoff will consist of the minimum merit score that is need to have a higher chance of admission.

The authorities of Sharda University will determine and prepare the SUAT cutoff. While preparing the qualifying and admission SUAT cutoff, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance exam and admission process. Candidates are advised to carefully check the SUAT cutoff to know the marks they are required to access to have a higher chance of securing admission into their preferred course.

The validity of the SUAT result is one year. Based on the obtained scores, the candidates will be eligible to apply for admissions into Sharda University only on the same academic year. The scores will not be accept for the next academic session. In case the candidates wish to participate in the next academic year admission process, they will have to re-attempt SUAT.

Q:   What is the minimum qualifying marks of SUAT?

A:

To be eligible for SUAT counselling and admission process, the candidates will have to meet the minimum qualifying marks. The official minimum qualifying marks for SUAT is 35%. All candidates will be required to secure a minimum of 35% marks in the entrance examination to be qualified to participate in the counselling process, If the candidates do not meet the minimum qualifying marks, then they will not have chances for admissions.

 

Q:   Will the SUAT cutoff differ for different categories?

A:

There will be no difference in the SUAT qualifying cutoff across all categories. All candidates, irrespective of their category, will be required to obtain a minimum of 35% marks to be qualified for the SUAT counselling and admission process. However, the admission cutoff of SUAT will be different for every category and course selected by the candidates. Reserved category candidates are expected to have a lower admission cutoff than the general category candidates.

Which factors determine the SUAT cutoff 2024?

SUAT 2024 admission cutoff will be prepared to select candidates for admission into the BTech courses offered by the institute. The authorities will prepare the SUAT cutoff based on the following factors:

  • Previous year's SUAT cutoff
  • Number of candidates who appeared for SUAT 2023
  • Total number of SUAT 2024 qualified candidates
  • The difficulty level of SUAT 2024

SUAT admission cutoff will consist of the minimum merit score that the candidates will have to secure to have higher chances of admission into their preferred course. The authorities will prepare the admission cutoff to select candidates for allotment of seats. However, it is to be noted that the candidates will not be guaranteed admission if they meet the cutoff. These candidates will have higher chances of admission, but other factors will also be considered for admission.

 

Q:   How will the candidates be allotted during the SUAT counselling?

A:

During the SUAT counselling process, the candidates will be allotted as per their merit rank, preferences, performance in the personal interview and seat availability. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while submitting their order of preference for the BTech courses. A personal interview will also be schedule to assess the candidates. The performance of the candidates in the interview will also be considered for the SUAT seat allotment.

 

Q:   What is the next step after checking the SUAT result?

A:

After checking the SUAT result, the qualified candidates will have to register for the online counselling and admission process. After registering for the counselling process, the candidates will have to be present for the personal interview. Based on the candidate's entrance exam score, performance in interview, course preferences and availability of seats, the authorities will allot seats. SUAT seat allotment will be announced online.
