MH SET 2025 application form for 40th edition released by the Savitribai Phule Pune University on February 24, 2025 (11 AM) and the link remained active until March 13, 2025. Candidates could fill out the form by visiting the official website or via direct link provided below once become active. Candidates could submit their application form with a late fee of INR 500 from March 14 (11 AM) to March 21, 2025 (6 PM). The application correction window closed on March 24, 2025. The MH SET 2025 application correction window was opened on March 22, 2025. The authority released the 40th MH SET 2025 notification on the official website on February 20, 2025. The 40th MH SET 2025 exam will be conducted on June 15, 2025.

The age limit for the MH SET exam varies depending on the category of the candidate. The Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) which conducts the MH SET exam, has set the following age limits for candidates:

Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit for candidates applying for the post of Assistant Professor.   • Unreserved: INR 800
  • OBC/SBC/DT (A)/NT (B)/NT (C)/NT (D)/SEBC (Non-Creamy Layer Category Only)/ Open (EWS)/SC/ST/PH/VH/Transgenders/Orphan: INR 650

Q:   What is the exam date of MH SET 2025?
A: 

The MH SET 2025 exam date released by the SPPU in the official circular is June 15, 2025. The MH SET 2025 schedule was released along with the official notification. The MH SET 2025 exam was conducted offline in Objective Mode. It consists of two papers. Both the papers consists of only objective type questions and was held on the day of the examination in two separate sessions without break. The shift 1 was from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the shift 2 was from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

How to Fill MH SET Application Form 2025?

 

Before filling out the application form, candidates should check the MH SET eligibility criteria 2025. Candidates can fill MH SET 2025 application form in online mode as per the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Fill MH SET User Registration Form

To start with candidates need to register themselves on the official website of the exam. For the same, candidates need to click on the Apply Now button present on the website's home page. On clicking the link, a new page will open on which candidates need to click on the link, Click Here if You Are New User. Thereafter, the user registration form will appear on the screen in which candidates need to enter details such as email ID and date of birth.

After this, candidates will be successfully registered on the SET website.

Step 2: Fill MH SET Application Form

After successful registrations, a username and password will be sent to candidates' registered email IDs.

Candidates need to log in to their accounts using their username and password and start filling MH SET 2019 application form. Some of the details to be filled in the form are:

• Personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, nationality, etc

• Address

• Academic details such as the name of the institution last attended, subjects studied, marks secured, etc

• Subject for which a candidate wants to give the exam

• Preference for exam centre

• Passport size photo in JPG/ JPEG format of maximum 50 kb

• Signature in JPG/ JPEG format of maximum 30 kb

Once all the details are filled candidates can proceed towards the next step of the application process.

Step 3: Pay MH SET Application Fee

Candidates can pay MH SET 2024 application fee via debit/ credit card/ internet banking.
