KSET Cut Off 2025 has been released by the Karnataka Exam Authority (KEA) at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Earlier, the KSET 2025 Final Answer Key and Provisional Result was released. Candidates required application number and date of birth to check the KSET 2025 Result. The cut-off has been published subject-wise and category-wise. Candidates need to check their KSET cutoff marks, as the merit list is prepared based on these marks. The authority conducted the KSET exam on November 2, 2025.

KSET Cutoff Determination Criteria 2025

The KSET cut off marks are determined on the basis of the below-mentioned criteria.

Stage 1: Aspirants need to obtain minimum marks in Paper 1 and Paper 2 together in aggregate as listed in the table below. Only those candidates will be included in the KSET merit list who meet the below-mentioned marks requirement.

Stage 2: KSET merit list will be prepared subject-wise as well as category-wise by using the aggregate marks, that is, the total marks of both KSET papers, as obtained by the candidates.

Stage 3: As per the directive of the UGC, only six per cent of the total appearing candidates are declared KSET qualified for Assistant Professor. Considering this and the Karnataka reservation policy, the subject-wise and category-wise distribution of qualifying slots will be computed using the formula mentioned below:

The KSET exam is conducted for Paper 1 and Paper 2. Objective types questions are asked in both the papers. The duration of combine papers is three hours. Paper I is common for all candidates and consists of 50 questions whereas Paper II is subject-specific and consists of 100 questions.

The authority conducted the KSET exam 2025 on November 2 at various centres in the state. The duration of the exam was three hours. In total, 33 subjects were covered in the exam. The result has been reelased. Candidates can check their scorecard at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Yes, the authority released the KSET 2025 admit card on the official website. Admit card is a mandatory document that needs to be carried at the examination hall. Without it candidate will not allowed to take the exam.
