SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam 2026 ( SRMJEEE )

SRMJEEE 2026 Result: The result of SRMJEEE 2026 will be announced online in the institute website. The result will be declared separately for all three phases of exam. To view qualification status, candidates will have to log in to official portal at srmist.edu.in. and download the SRMJEEE 2026 rank card. Candidates will have to use their credentials - SRMJEEE application number and date of birth for downloading the scorecard. The SRMJEEE result link and details will also be sent to candidates registered email ID.
The result of SRMJEEE will have candidate's name, application number, roll number, rank, etc and is released for all phases separately. Students qualifying will become eligible for admission into different campuses of SRMIST, subject to meeting other eligibility criteria. SRMJEEE 2026 counselling is the next step after result is declared. After each phase, counselling rounds are held that involve choice filling, programme allocation, and payment of the tuition fee. The SRMJEE result 2026 will be declared on its official website srmist.edu.in. After SRMJEEE results are declared, the counselling and admission process will be conducted based on their scores.

As per the exam pattern of SRMJEEE, there are 130 questions in the exam and each question carries 1 mark each. There is no negative marking in the exam giving candidates complete freedom to attempt as many questions as they can.

After SRMJEEE 2026 Result
After the SRMJEEE results are declared, candidates will have to participate in counselling. After counselling, they will be eligible to get admission into B. Tech programmes are offered across different campuses of SRMIST.
Shortlisted candidates will receive call letters, after which they will have to register online for the SRMJEEE counselling process. Candidates will be offered courses based on the ranks, the preferred choice of branch & campus and seat availability.
The SRMJEEE e-counselling process includes the following steps:

- Choice Filling
- Seat allocation
- Allocation Acceptance (only for allocated candidates)
- Proceed with the Payment of Counselling Fees (only for allocated candidates)

The SRMJEEE cut off marks are minimum marks which candidates need to score qualify in the exam. Candidates must score equal to or more than specified cut off marks.
SRMJEEE cut off is calculated on the basis of following factors -
- Number of candidates who appeared in exam
- Difficulty level
- Phases in which SRMJEEE exam was conducted
SRMJEEE cut off varies college wise and course wise. For example - In 2020 students who obtained marks above 250 had an expected rank range below 2000, while those who obtained marks between 230-250 had an expected rank range of 2001-5000 etc. Similarly marks reduced, their rankings to be reduced. Top ranked students received best college and course which they applied during their choice filling.
