WBJEE 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result has been released. Using their application number and password, the candidates can check their allotted seats through the WBJEE 2025 counselling. Allocation of seats has been done as per the candidate's obtained rank, preferences, category and seat availability. All selected candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date; otherwise, their allotment will be cancelled. JEE Main candidates are eligible for 10% approved seats offered by self-financed colleges under the WBJEE counselling 2025. The authorities have released the WBJEE 2025 cutoff for Round 1. The official WBJEE 2025 seat matrix is available, and there are 51,952 seats available for admission.

The scores obtained in the entrance examination are now available through the WBJEE 2025 result. The result is downloadable in the form of the WBJEE 2025 rank card. WBJEE 2025 Result

WBJEE 2025 result has been released. Through the WBJEE result 2025, the candidates can now check the scores and ranks obtained in the entrance examination. Candidates can access the result of WBJEE 2025 by logging in using the required credentials. It is to be noted that the result is downloadable in the form of a WBJEE rank card. The authorities will not use any other mode to declare the WBJEE result. A printout of the rank card has to be taken for future use. If any mistakes are found in the WBJEE result, the candidates will have to immediately contact the authorities. However, no requests to review the scores and ranks will be accepted by the authorities.

WBJEE 2025 Counselling

The authorities has completed the WBJEE 2025 seat allotment process. Allotment of seats was done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. All of the allotted candidates had to confirm their admission by paying the seat acceptance fee and verifying their documents at their respective institutes. During the WBJEE counselling, the candidates had to register, fill out the form and select their choice of courses and colleges until September 1, 2025. It was to be noted that the selection of courses and colleges had to be done in order of preference.

WBJEE 2025 answer key has been released online. The authorities have made the correct responses to the question paper available through the model answer key of WBJEE 2025. What is WBJEE?

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is a state-level exam conducted by WBJEEB. The exam is a gateway for candidates seeking admission into B.Tech and B.Pharma courses at universities, government colleges and self-financing engineering & technical institutions in West Bengal. All candidates will have to qualify the entrance examination to be eligible for admission. However, JEE Main qualified candidates who meet the basic eligibility criteria will also be able to register for the counselling and admission process.

WBJEE 2025 Admit Card

WBJEE 2025 admit card was released online. To download the admit card, the candidates had to log in using the required credentials. Through the hall ticket, the candidates could check important details such as their allotted centre address, exam date, timings and more. At the exam centre, the WBJEE hall ticket and one valid ID proof had to be shown to the authorities for verification. If the documents were not available, then they were not allowed to attempt the exam. In case of any mistakes in the hall ticket, the candidates had to immediately contact the authorities. No changes to the allotted exam centres were accepted.

WBJEE 2025 Application Form

WBJEE 2025 application form was available online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. Eligible candidates had to submit the online WBJEE application form before the final date i.e., February 23, 2025. All of the required details had to be filled out in the WBJEE application form 2025. Invalid and incomplete applications were not accepted. The candidates could follow the given steps to fill out the application form.

Step 1 - Registration: As a first step, the candidates had to visit wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee and click on the registration link. Next, the candidates had to provide the required credentials to complete the registration process. The application number was generated after the registration process was completed.
Step 2 - Filling out the form: After registration, the candidates had to fill out the application form with their personal, academic and contact details. Candidates also had to select their choice of WBJEE 2025 exam centres in order of preference. All of the details submitted had to be valid.
Step 3 - Uploading of Documents: Next, the candidates had to upload their scanned photographs and signatures as per the official specifications.
Step 4 - Fee Payment: All candidates had to pay the required WBJEE 2025 application fee. The mode of fee payment was online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment was accepted.
Step 5 - Downloading of Confirmation Page: Finally, the candidates had to download the confirmation page for future use.

Registered candidates were able to access the WBJEE 2025 application form correction facility until February 27, 2025. Candidates could edit/correct the details submitted in the application form through the online facility. However, the basic information, i.e., name, gender, parents' names, date of birth, domicile, etc, was not open for corrections. Since the correction facility was a one-time process, the candidates were advised to be careful while submitting their corrections.

WBJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The authorities have announced the official WBJEE 2025 eligibility criteria. Candidates were advised to check the WBJEE eligibility criteria 2025 before registering for the entrance examination. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility norms will not be considered for admission into the participating institutes of the state. The WBJEE eligibility criteria might vary for different courses and at the institute level.

Eligibility criteria for appearing in WBJEE 2025

Nationality

The candidate must be an Indian citizen

Age restriction

Candidate must be at least 17 years of age as of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for appearing in the exam.
However, for admission to the Marine Engineering Course, the lower age limit is 17 years as of December 31, 2025, and the upper age limit is 25 years as of December 31, 2025.

WBJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Admissions

The candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of the listed below subjects as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all three subjects in regular class mode.

Must have secured a minimum of 45 per cent marks (40 per cent in the case of candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, and PwD) in the above three subjects taken together.
Candidates should have qualified in English in the Class 12 exam with at least 30 per cent marks.
The Board of the Qualifying Examination must be recognised by the Central Government or the State Government concerned.
