
TNTET exam centres 2025: The TNTET 2025 examination will be held in all districts of the state. Candidates need to appear for the exam at the assigned centres at their own expense. The TRB, Tamil Nadu reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of examination centres and to re-allot the candidates. The TNTET exam centre name and address is informed in the hall ticket.

Prohibited Items in TNTET Exam Centres
- No Candidate will be allowed to carry any bag inside the Examination Centre, if candidates are carrying bags, they have to keep it outside. The Board will not be responsible for missing of any belongings.
- Candidates are not allowed to carry any Digital equipment, Textual material, Calculators, Slider or Ruler, Log Tables, Electronic Watches, Mobile phone, Blue-tooth device etc.
- Food items are not allowed inside the exam centres, however, candidates can carry water
TNTET Exam Day Instruction
- Candidates can be allotted at the nearby centre in case the centre chosen by them is not available
- Any request regarding change of exam centre after allocation will not be entertained by TNTRB
- The details of exam centres will be informed through TNTET admit card
- The date, time and centre of the exam will be mentioned in admit card
- Candidates must reach PSTET exam centres half an hour prior to the exam
- Candidates are advised to get familiar with the exam centre a day before exam to avoid any adversity on the day of exam

Yes, the syllabus of TNTET Paper 1 and 2 varies. Candidates who give Paper 1 is of primary level that is who want to teach from classes 1 to 5. On the other hand, Paper 2 is for upper primary level that is for those candidates who want to teach from classes 6 to 8.

The TNTET admit card consists of important information including candidates name, photo, exam centre, shift timings, etc. Without the hall ticket, candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam.

No. Candidate can't download their TNTET hall ticket in an offline mode. It should be downloaded in an online mode by visiting the official website at trb.tn.gov.in. A direct link will also be provided here once it is released to download the admit card.
