GATE 2025 Registration Starts Today: Notification, Exam Dates, Apply Online, Eligibility, Fees, and more

IIT Roorkee is all set to start GATE 2025 registrations. The GATE application form will be out anytime today (August 24, 2024). Candidates can visit the GOAPs portal - gate2025.iitr.ac.in to apply. Check all the necessary information below -

The GATE 2025 Application Form will be released today in the next few hours at the GOAPs portal. IIT Roorkee has activated the GATE 2025 official website, announced the exam dates, and released the GATE information brochure. The application form link will be activated soon, after which candidates can visit the portal and apply. 

The timeline for GATE registrations is from August 24, 2024, to September 26, 2024 (without late fees) and till October 7, 2024 (with late fees). The GATE 2025 exams will be held in morning and afternoon sessions on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. Candidates applying for GATE 2025 must go through the instructions carefully before applying.

GATE 2025 Application Process

GATE 2025 registrations will take place online. The process to submit the application form is as follows -

• Visit the official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in
• Click on the application link and apply for “new registration.”
• Provide name, mobile number, and e-mail ID details.
• After successful registration, an enrollment ID is generated. Create a unique password and fill in the other details.
• Enter educational qualifications and communication details, upload documents, and make the application fees payment.
• Recheck all the information and confirm the declaration statement 
• Download and save a copy of the GATE application form for future use

Documents Required for GATE 2025 Online Application Form

Candidates must keep the following documents ready before filling out the application form -

• Recent passport-size photograph as per specifications
• Signature as per specifications
• Scanned copy of category certificate in PDF format
• Scanned copy of the PwD certificate in PDF format
• A scanned copy of a valid photo identity card, such as an Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID card
• The photo ID card must have the name, date of birth, and unique photo ID number. It must be carried to the examination hall.
