The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala has extended the KEAM application form deadline. Earlier, the deadline for KEAM registration, application fee payment, uploading of class 10 certificate, date of birth and nativity proof was March 10. Now the deadline for this has been extended to March 12.

The KEAM 2025 application form is available online at cee.kerala.gov.in. candidates who have completed or will complete their higher secondary education (plus two) in 2025 can register for the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM). To take the exam, candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025. It’s important to remember that while the KEAM exam is not used for admission to undergraduate programs in fields like medicine, agriculture, forestry, veterinary science, fisheries, or architecture, candidates interested in these courses still need to fill out the KEAM application form for 2025. KEAM entrance exam will be held only for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses.

The process to apply for KEAM 2025 involves a few important steps.

  • First, candidates need to register online and fill out the application form.
  • After that, candidates have to pay the application fee and upload any required documents.
  • Finally, candidates must print out a copy of their application form. It's important to note that they don’t need to send this printed form to the CEE office; just keep it for their own records.

When candidates register for KEAM 2025, they will need to provide some information about themselves, including their educational background and contact details. Only those who will have completed the registration by the last date will receive the KEAM 2025 admit card, which is necessary to take the KEAM 2025 exam.

Candidates have to upload the following documents in the KEAM application form: Birth Certificate, Proof for Nativity, Proof of Date of Birth, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate
Certificate for Special Reservation claim, Income Certificate, Other Certificates – Candidates having other claims, such as NRI, Minority, etc., can upload the required certificates through the portal

Q: Β  When will the KEAM application be available online?
A:

KEAM 2025 application form has been released on February 20. The last date to apply is March 10. The process to apply for KEAM is, first, to complete the KEAM 2025 registration by providing the basic details and creating an application number and password to login at various stages of admission. Next, candidates had to complete the fill the online application form. In the next step, candidates need to pay the online application fee as applicable with the available mode of payment. Thereafter, the candidates had to upload scanned images and certificates. Finally, as the final step of the application process, candidates had to print the submitted online form and keep it safe with them.

Q: Β  I belong to General category. Is it required to submit Income certificate with the KEAM application form?
A:

It is better to submit income certificate by all candidates except SC/ST. Those candidate (including General Category) who wish to avail the benefits such as fee concession/scholarships that may be notified by the Government or college authorities subsequently, based on annual family income, should furnish the Income Certificate along with the KEAM application itself. No further chance will be allowed to submit Income Certificate.

KAEM 2025 exam will be held from April 24 to 28 in a computer-based test mode. The exam will be held at Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thodupuzha, Kattappana, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod, Mumbai, New Delhi, Dubai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Bahrain.
