Karnataka PGCET 2020 exam dates postponed

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced that the PGCET exam scheduled to be held on August 8 and August 9 have been postponed. The notification was announced by KEA on July 31. โ€œPGCET-2020 entrance exam for admission to MBA, MCA, M.E/M. Tech/M. Arch courses scheduled to be held on 08-08-2020 & 09-08-2020 has been postponed. Revised time table will be published in due course.โ€

While the ME, MTech and MArch exams were scheduled on August 8, the MBA and MCA exams were scheduled on August 9. It is expected that the Karnataka PGCET exam will be held by the last week of August and the Karnataka PGCET 2020 result will be declared in the first week of September.

The Karnataka PGCET admit card was slated to be released on July 27, which was delayed and no information regarding the updated date has been announced later. It is likely that the Karnataka PGCET admit card will be released a week before the exam date.

The application process of Karnataka PGCET had commenced from June 15 and ended on June 28. However, as a response to the COVID-19 situation, the application process was reopened from July 4, which ended on July 7, with application fee submission last date as July 8.

Karnataka PGCET is a paper-pencil based test of 2.5 hours duration carrying 100 questions from Reasoning and General Intelligence, English Language, General Knowledge and Quantitative Analysis. The scores will be accepted by over 178 institutes across Karnataka.
