Yes, you can appear for counselling in phase 1 of TS EAMCET even if you have a compartment in maths in class 12th. However, you will need to submit an undertaking stating that you will clear the compartment exam before the start of the academic year. If you do not clear the compartment exam, your admission will be cancelled.

According to a recent Shiksha poll, 52% of students fall in the above 30,001 rank range, while 24% are in the 15,001 to 30,000 range.
A major pool of candidates (52%) falls in the above 30,001 rank range, indicating that most aspirants are eyeing mid-tier or lower-tier colleges, and may need to explore private or regional colleges beyond the top government institutions.
Yet many are still aiming for top colleges, hopeful of securing a seat in the upcoming counselling rounds. With intense competition and multiple phases ahead, understanding rank trends and making smart choices is key.
A student can participate for 2nd round of TS EAMCET counseling under the following conditions: Candidates who have secured seat but not interested to join Those candidates who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
The TS EAMCET counselling dates have been released on the official website. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is conducting the TS EAMCET counselling in online mode. The TS EAMCET counselling will be conducted in 3 rounds, the dates have been released. To appear in the TS EAMCET counselling, candidates have to fill in their choices in order of their preferences and courses offered in the participating institutes, pay the processing fee and book slots for selection of helpline centre, select the date & time to attend for Certificate verification.
The TS EAMCET 2025 phase I registration and slot booking process is scheduled from June 28 to July 7. The last date for certificate verification is July 8, and the exercise of the options are July 6 to 10.

Submit your choices and wait for the seat allotment result to be announced. If you are satisfied with the allotted seat, confirm your acceptance by paying the requisite fee and reporting to the college within the specified time frame. Firstly, TS EAMCET Counselling is called TS ICET. At the time of result, candidate will be provided with a rank which depends upon his score in TS EAMCET Exam. Thus he/she should check for the cutoffs of respective branch [in B.E] in University College of Engineering, Osmania University. The ffees should be paid for counselling and a time slot will be given for certificates verification.
