JEE Advanced Admit Card 2026: IIT Roorkee released the JEE Advanced hall ticket 2026 on May 11. The link to download JEE adv admit card 2026 was available in the website jeeadv.ac.in until May 17. Candidates had to use their registration number and date of birth at JEE Advanced login 2026 for downloading the admit card.

The admit card provides details about JEE Advanced 2026 exam date, time, address of test centre, and exam day instructions for candidates. After downloading, candidates had to take a printout of their admit card for entry inside the JEE Advanced exam centre 2026.

How to Download JEE Advanced Admit Card 2026?

IIT Roorkee activated the admit card download link on the website jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates could download it using the links provided on this page. Instructions to download admit card of JEE Advanced 2026 are provided here

  1. Open website jeeadv.ac.in.
  2. Click JEE Advanced admit card 2026 download link.
  3. Enter your login details.
  4. Link to download JEE Advanced hall ticket will be displayed on screen.
  5. Download JEE Advanced exam admit card and take its printout.

JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Day Instructions and Dress Code

Check important JEE Advanced 2026 exam day instructions below:

Instructions related to reporting at JEE Advanced centre:

  • Candidates must check reporting time mentioned in their admit card and report as per the mentioned time.
  • Reach the exam centre on time. Late entry will not be permitted.

Exam hall entry related:

  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter exam hall without a printed copy of their downloaded admit card and a valid original photo identity card
  • Identity of the candidate will be checked by invigilators.
  • All candidates will undergo extensive frisking before entering exam centre.

Candidates can carry any one of the following ID proofs (original) with the admit card.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • School/College/Institute ID
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Notarised Certificate with photograph

Apart from hall ticket and photo ID proof, only pens, pencils, drinking water in a transparent bottle, a downloaded admit card and an original photo identity card are allowed to be taken inside the examination hall.

Inside exam hall:

  • Inside exam hall, only pens, pencils, transparent bottles of drinking water, downloaded admit card, and an original photo identity card are allowed.
  • Items such as watches, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, and electronic gadgets are not allowed, along with any papers, writing materials, calculators, or bags.
  • Candidates are advised not to wear items containing metals or charms and are encouraged to wear open footwear like chappals or sandals.
  • Appearing in both Paper 1 and 2 is mandatory for evaluation/grading.

JEE Advanced 2026 Dress Code

As per instructions, candidates must not wear any of these items: Charm/taweez Items with metals. They are also advised to wear open footwear like chappals and sandals.

Helpline Number for JEE Adv Admit Card Download Problem

The admit card downloaded from the website could have errors or spelling mistakes in details. Candidates should carefully examine the entries on the admit card and in case of any discrepancy, they should contact the Chairperson, JEE (Advanced) 2026 of the respective Zonal coordinating IIT. Also, in case of any problem in downloading the admit card, the candidate should immediately contact the Zonal Chairperson, JEE (Advanced) 2026. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam with incorrect entries in the admit card.
