What is SAT India?
The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is a global standardised exam administered by the College Board to evaluate a student's readiness for undergraduate studies. While primarily used for admissions in the United States and Canada, its scores are also recognised by select institutions in the UK, Australia, and many colleges within India.
The exam assesses core academic skills through sections dedicated to Reading, Writing and Mathematics. For students in India, the SAT serves as a vital tool to demonstrate their potential for academic success when applying to competitive degree programs both locally and internationally.
Note: The College Board do not hold a separate exam exclusively for India. Instead, students in India take the standard international SAT.
