With a few days left for KEAM 2023 application process to close, candidates applying for the exam must not commit these 5 errors while filling out the form. These errors will lead to the KEAM 2023 application form rejection.

Reason 1: Photographs do not adhere to the specification

Note that the scanned images to be uploaded on the KEAM 2023 application form must be as per the specifications. The photo specifications have been announced by CEE and candidates must only use those guidelines while scanning and uploading the images in the KEAM application form. The correct specification of the photo to be uploaded in the KEAM form is as follows:

  • The scanned image file should be in jpg format (Jpeg).
  • Dimensions of the photograph should be 150 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height.
  • The image file should be between 15 kb and 100 kb file size

Reason 2: The signature is not clear

The scanned signature must be clear and not distorted. The specification of the signature image that is to be uploaded is as follows:

  • Dimensions of the image of the signature must be 150 pixels in width and 100 pixels in height.
  • The image file should be between 4 kb and 100 kb file size

Reason 3: Nativity and Date of Birth and Class 10 Certificate are not uploaded

To verify the age and nativity of the candidate, it is mandatory for the candidate to upload authentic proof for the same. If the document uploaded is found unauthentic then the application form will be rejected.

  • Make sure the uploaded certificates are original and in colour.
  • The file format of certificates should be PDF format.
  • The file size must be less than 500 kb.
  • They should be authenticating, legible, clear and readable.

Reason 4: Application fee not paid

If the application fee is not paid as applicable, then the application form will be rejected. However, the application fee will be indicated at the end of the submission of the form, therefore, candidates must check the fee as per their category and proceed to the payment.

Pay the application fee by online mode or by paying cash at any of the selected post offices by generating an e-challan.

Reason 5: Submission of multiple application forms

If a candidate submits one and more application forms then both applications will be rejected. Therefore the candidates must not submit 2 applications from different email ids.

Candidates must fill KEAM application carefully and ensure the correctness of each piece of information before submission. The last date to complete the KEAM 2023 application process is April 10.
