KEAM Result 2025 This Week: What is a Good Score to Secure Admission in Top Colleges

CEE is expected to declare the KEAM 2025 result for the engineering and pharmacy exams soon. Officials have stated that the KEAM results can be made available by this week. The KEAM 2025 result will be out soon. With the result, CEE will release the KEAM percentile scores. However, the KEAM 2025 ranks will be available by June 10, after the candidates submit their class 12 marks. CEE will prepare the rank of the candidates by giving a 50:50 weightage to KEAM scores and the class 12 marks of the candidates. Therefore, admission to the colleges will be based on KEAM 2025 ranks and via the KEAM 2025 centralised allotment process (CAP).

Good KEAM 2025 Score to Secure Admission in Top Colleges
As per past trends, it has been noticed that to get admission to one of the top engineering colleges and a good course via KEAM, candidates usually should have a KEAM rank below 5000. To achieve this rank, candidates should have a score of 550+ out of 600 in KEAM. Note that after the effect of the standardisation process, the KEAM 2025 marks will be computed out of 600 (300 marks for KEAM and 300 for class 12 marks).

KEAM 2025 result were scheduled to be out by May 10. However, CEE did not release the score as per the scheduled timeline. Shikshacom got in touch with CEE officials and it was informed that KEAM 2025 result will be out by this week.

The KEAM scores and rank list will be valid till the closing date of admission as prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court / Central councils / Universities concerned. After the announcement of KEAM scores, the candidates are asked to submit the 10+2 scores. CEE will give 50:50 weightage to the KEAM scores and the 10+2 marks to prepare the rank list. Once the scores are calculated, the candidates are ranked in order of merit. The KEAM rank lists PDF will be published separately for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science / B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS will be published.
