SBI SO 2021 notification released for various posts; apply online Jan 13

State Bank of India (SBI) has released SBI SO 2021 notification for various posts such as Chief Manager (Company Secretary), Manager (SME Products), Dy. Manager (Chartered Accountant) and Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication). A total of 19 vacancies have been announced. The online registration and fee payment is available from December 24, 2021 to January 13, 2022.

The application fee for General/EWS/OBC candidates is INR 750. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from fee payment. The application fee can be paid online through debit card/ credit card/ internet banking etc.

The selection is based on shortlisting and interview. The shortlisting of candidates for the interview will be done by the committee constituted by the bank. The committee will decide the shortlisting parameters and an adequate number of candidates to be called for the interview.

The interview carries 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the bank. The merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in interview only, subject to qualifying marks. In case more than one candidate score common cutoff marks they will be ranked in the merit in descending order of their age.

The age limit for Chief Manager (Company Secretary) is 45 years. The maximum age limit for Manager (SME Products) and Dy. Manager (Chartered Accountant) is 35 years.
