TNTET Qualifying Marks 2025
Candidates appearing for TNTET 2025 must score 60% or above in the respective paper to qualify the exam. However, candidates from BC, BC (M), MBC/DNC, SC, SC(A), ST and Person with Disability are entitled to get 5% relaxation in marks. Find the table below for details:

TNTET certificate of Marks 2025
TNTET Certificate is released on the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) website for candidates who qualified in TNTET Paper I and Paper II. Candidates can download the certificate of marks from the Teachers Recruitment Board official website within three months of the declaration of the result. Candidates need to download the certificate by clicking on the link available under the 'Certificate of marks' section at the bottom of the page. This certificate will serve as a testimony for the TNTET-qualified candidates.
Discrepancy in TNTET Result 2025
If the TNTET result of any candidate is on hold or is result is not being published, the individual should check the following particulars:
- As per the Board, ‘During the computerized scanning of OMR answer sheets of the candidates, it was found that quite several candidates committed mistakes in marking /shading certain essentially required details for valuation in the OMR sheets. The answer sheets could not be evaluated and hence rejected.’
- ‘Those Candidates who have not shaded or Multiple shaded the language options in their OMR Sheets, the evaluation was done as per their options given in the application form and if there is no option in the application form their answer sheets could not be evaluated and hence rejected.’

No, the TNTET results are released only in online mode. The Tamil Nadu Recruitment Board (TRB) only releases the result only on the official website which can be accessed through the candidate's login. However, the TNTET exam is conducted in the pen paper mode where the candidates have to mark their answers in the OMR sheets.
