SSC JE Application Form 2025: Last Date to Apply (July 21), Process & Dates

See below how to register:

• Visit at ssc.gov.in
• Click on 'New User? Register Now' link
• Fill in all the required details such as ID number, name, parents' names, gender, date of birth, category, Class 10 exam details, level of educational qualification, address, mobile number, etc.
• Submit the form and the registration number will be generated.

SSC JE Application Form 2025

Once the registration is completed, candidates required to fill the remaining details by logging in by using their user names and passwords. Some of the details that candidates need to fill in the SSC JE application form include educational qualifications, three preferences of exam centres (in order of priority), etc.

Upload Photo and Signature for SSC JE Application

• Upload scanned images of photo and signature in JPG format as per the specifications mentioned below:

• Click on Submit to submit the registration form
• Note down the system-generated username (registration number) and password

Pay SSC JE Application Fee 2025

Once the SSC JE online form is duly filled and submitted, candidates can pay the application fee in offline (SBI Challan) or online (BHIM UPI/internet banking or by using credit/debit card of Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/RuPay) mode. SSC JE application fee 2025 is INR 100 for general category male candidates. Women and ST/SC/Physically Handicapped/Ex-servicemen are exempted from the application fee.

Once the fee is successfully submitted, the candidates' SSC JE application process for 2025 will be completed.

Candidates can check below the guidelines for submitting out the SSC JE application form:

• The photo should be in JPEG/JPG format.
• The size should be between 20 and 50 KB.
• It should not be more than three months old from the date of release of SSC JE notification. 
• The date on which the photograph has been taken should be printed on the photo. The application form without the date printed on it will be rejected.

The candidates were allowed to make corrections to the SSC JE online form from August 1 to 2, 2025. The methods are mentioned below:

• Go to the ssc.gov.in
• Go to the login section on the homepage
• Fill out the login credentials Registration Number and Password
• Make the corrections and submit the form
• Download the Application form and print it for future reference

Some of the important points that candidates must remember regarding the SSC JE 2025 application form are.

• Candidates must go through the SSC JE eligibility thoroughly before applying for the exam.
• Candidates must apply online for the SSC JE exam much before the last date to make the process hasel free.
• Applications of candidates who are eligible for the SSC JE exam fee but have not paid it will be rejected.
• All the details should be entered in the SSC JE online form carefully and correctly as Staff Selection Commission will not provide any facility for application correction.
• Once the application form is submitted, candidates must take a printout of it and keep it with themselves till the SSC JE recruitment process is complete.
