The State Bank of India (SBI) is expected to announce SBI Clerk 2020 result for prelims exam in September. Earlier, it was speculated that the result would be declared in August. However, the examination authority did not announce it. Even there is no official notice regarding the declaration of result.

SBI Clerk 2020 prelims exam result was delayed due to COVID-19 lockdown. However, with the beginning of the unlocking phase in the country, it is expected that the result will be announced soon.

SBI Clerk 2020 prelims exam was conducted on February 22, 29, March 1 and 8. Lakhs of banking aspirants applied for a total of more than 8000 posts of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales). All candidates who had appeared in the prelims exam are eagerly waiting for the result. Along with the result, SBI Clerk mains exam date will also be announced.

The steps to check the result of SBI Clerk prelims exam are given below.

  • Visit the official website
  • Go to the current opening section from join SBI tab
  • Click the link β€˜Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales)
  • From the drop-down menu, click the result link
  • The result PDF page will open in a new tab
  • Check your roll numbers and take printout

On April 1, 2020, SBI had released an official notification stating that the mains exam which was scheduled to be conducted on April 19, 2020, was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Even, the declaration of the preliminary exam result was delayed. The fresh date for declaration of prelims result and mains exam date will be announced later on the official website.
