KEAM 2026 Result: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) will release the KEAM result 2026 at cee.kerala.gov.in on or before May 10. CEE will first release the KEAM 2026 scores of the candidates. Thereafter, CEE will ask the candidates who qualify the exam to submit the plus two marks. The KEAM 2026 engineering rank list will then be published by giving 50:50 weightage to KEAM scores and plus two marks. The KEAM rank list will be out on or before June 20, 2026.

Since the KEAM exam is conducted in multiple sessions, the CEE will normalise the scores. The marks after normalisation is set at 300. KEAM 2026 Qualifying Marks

There are no minimum marks to qualify in the KEAM 2026. However, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

To qualify in the Engineering Entrance Examination and thereby become eligible to figure in the Engineering rank list, a candidate must secure a minimum normalised score of 10 in the Engineering Entrance Examination. The candidates who do not secure the minimum stipulated score will not find a place in the rank list.
Exemption: For SC/ST candidates, there is no requirement for a minimum score in the Engineering Entrance Examination. However, the candidates who fail to answer at least one question will be disqualified.

Pharmacy

To qualify in the Entrance Examination and thereby become eligible to figure in the rank list for admission to the BPharm course, a candidate has to secure a minimum normalized score of 10 out of the index of 300. The candidates who do not secure the minimum stipulated score will not find a place in the rank list.
Exemption: For SC/ST candidates, there is no requirement for the minimum score for ranking for the BPharm course. However, the candidates who fail to answer at least one question in the Physics & Chemistry sections of the Engineering Entrance Examination will be disqualified.

How is the KEAM Result Compiled?

The KEAM 2026 result is compiled in 2 ways:

KEAM 2026 scorecard: The scorecard is made available under the respective logins of the candidates on the official website. In the scorecard, candidates can check their marks in the KEAM 2026 exam. The marks are given subject-wise and in total.
KEAM 2026 rank list: The KEAM rank list is prepared based on the marks of the qualifying exam and KEAM 2026 marks. The weightage of the qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks varies for rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, BPharm, MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BSMS/BUMS/Agriculture/Forestry/ Veterinary /Co-operation & Banking/ Climate Change & Environmental Science/ B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU)/ Fisheries and BAMS.

KEAM 2026 Normalisation Process

To ensure that candidates are neither benefited nor disadvantaged due to the KEAM examinations in multiple sessions, the normalisation procedure is adopted.

The total score of the Entrance Examination is normalised. The procedure for normalisation has been approved by the Normalisation Committee. The Index Mark after normalisation will be 300.

KEAM 2026 Result: Submission of Plus Two Marks

A few days after the KEAM scores are announced, CEE invites the candidates to submit their plus two marks. Once the KEAM plus two marks submission window open, candidates have to access the KEAM login and entre the class 12 marks. Note that candidates who will not submit their plus two marks will not be considered in KEAM rank list and hence will be eliminated from the KEAM counselling.

The class 12 marks submitted by the candidates will undergo standardisation for the preparation of the KEAM 2026 Engineering Rank list. After successful submission of the class 12 marks, candidates can download the 'Mark Submission Confirmation Report' for future reference. Note that there is no other mode to submit the class 12 marks data other than via the KEAM candidate portal. Hence all candidates must submit their marks until the window is open. CEE will not accept any class 12 marks submission via email or other modes.

KEAM 2026 Rank List Preparation for Engineering Courses

To prepare the KEAM rank list for engineering admission, an equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the normalised score obtained in the KEAM 2026 Entrance Examination for Engineering and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, put together, after effecting the standardisation procedure.
The normalized score obtained by the candidate in the KEAM Engineering Entrance Examination shall be computed out of 300, and added to the total standardized marks of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology as the case may be, of the final year of the Qualifying Examination, computed out of 300, both corrected to four places of decimals. The rank list for Engineering Courses shall be prepared based on the total marks obtained out of an Index mark of 600.

Subjects to be considered for KEAM 2026 Engineering Ranking

The subjects of the qualifying examination considered for the computation of marks for ranking shall be Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

In case the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In case the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.

Standardisation of 10+2 scores

The final year marks of the qualifying examination of each subject, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/and Biology, of the students who have passed the subject, received from the respective Boards, shall be transformed out of 100. The marks of the three subjects shall be computed out of 300 after effecting standardisation in each subject. The marks secured by a student in the qualifying examination from any Board will be standardised with respect to statistical parameters such as Global Mean and Global Standard Deviation.
