After qualifying the KARTET exam, the candidates are awarded with the eligibility Certificate. KARTET does not guarantee any job after the candidate qualifies the exam. Though, the candidates will become eligible for the recruitment exam after qualifying for the KARTET exam. The recruitment exam for recruiting teachers in the schools of Karnataka. What is KARTET syllabus?

KARTET syllabus is prescribed by the examination authority. KARTET Paper 1 syllabus comprises five sections-Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics, and Environmental Science. KARTET Paper 2 Syllabus comprises four sections, Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics, and Science or Social Science.

How many papers does one need to give to qualify the KARTET exam?

Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 5 need to qualify KARTET Paper 1. Candidates planning to teach Classes 6 to 8 need to qualify for KARTET Paper 2. Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 8 need to qualify both papers. The candidates have to apply for the papers according to their eligibility set by the board. The educational qualification criteria has been given below for the candidates: Paper 1 Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education Class 12 with minimum 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd) Paper 2 Graduation with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education. KARTET 2025: The Depatment of school education, Karnataka announced KARTET 2025 result on December 23. Along with the result, the final answer key was released. Candidates can download their results and qualifying certificates by logging with the required credentials. The validity of KARTET certificate is for lifetime. KARTET exam dates are mentioned in the notification. The exam was held on December 7.

KARTET application form was available from October 23 to November 9. KARTET exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for primary school teachers and upper primary school teachers in different government schools of Karnataka.
