UGC NET 2021 application last date extended by NTA till March 9; apply now
NTA UGC NET 2021 application deadline has been extended till March 9, 2021. Candidates can fill the application form by paying fee till March 10.
UGC NET 2021 application process has been extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA) till March 9, 2021. Earlier, the last date to fill the UGC NET application form was March 2. The NTA has also extended the last date to pay application fee till March 10. Eligible candidates can apply online now by visiting the official website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
The NTA took the decision to extend the deadline for filling UGC NET application form 2021 after receiving a number of requests from candidates in this regard. The move will enable the aspiring candidates who were unable to apply earlier to fill the application form now.

UGC NET Application Process 2021
Fill the UGC NET 2021 application form by following the given steps:
Step 1: Visit the website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on link stating ‘Fill application form Dec 2020 (May 2021)’
Step 3: Click on the link-‘New Registration’
Step 4: Enter the required details and complete registration
Step 5: Fill the complete application form
Step 6: Upload scanned pictures of passport size photo (10-200 kb) and signature (4-30 kb). Both the images should be in JPEG format
Step 7: Pay the UGC NET application fee (Gen: Rs 1000; OBC/EWS: Rs 500; SC/ST/PwD/Transger: Rs 250)
Step 8: Save and submit
Step 9: Download the confirmation page
