The Mizoram TET exam pattern 2022 has been provided below for Paper 1 and Paper 2:

Mizoram TET Exam Pattern 2022 for Paper 1

In Mizoram TET Paper 1, a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) are asked for one mark each. Candidates need to complete the paper in a duration of two hours and thirty minutes. Have a look at the complete Mizoram TET Paper 1 exam pattern below.

Mizoram TET Paper 1 – Nature of questions

• The Child Development and Pedagogy section will focus on the educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the 6-11 years age group. The questions will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the qualities of a good facilitator.
• The Language I and Language II sections will focus on the elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities. 
• The Mathematics and Environmental Studies (EVS) sections will focus on the concepts, problem-solving abilities and pedagogical understanding.
• The Paper 1 questions will be based on the topics prescribed in the syllabus for the Primary Stage but their difficulty standard could be up to the Secondary Stage.

Mizoram TET Exam Pattern 2022 for Paper 2

The Mizoram TET Paper 2 comprises four sections as given in the table below. A total of 150 MCQs of one mark each are asked in the exam. Have a look at the detailed Mizoram TET Paper 2 exam pattern below.

Mizoram TET Paper 2 – Nature of questions

• The Child Development and Pedagogy section focuses on the educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the 11-14 years age group. The questions test the understanding of the characteristics, needs and psychology of diverse learners, interaction with learners and qualities of a good facilitator.
• The Language I and Language II sections will focus on the elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities.
• The Mathematics and Science or Social Studies/Social Science section focus on the concepts, problem-solving abilities and pedagogical understanding.
• The Paper 2 questions will be based on the topics prescribed in the syllabus for the Middle Stage but their difficulty standard could be up to the Senior Secondary stage.

In the Mizoram TET 2022 exam, one mark will be awarded for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking or wrong answers in the exam.
