The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has released the provisional answer key for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025. Candidates can access and download the JEE Advanced answer key 2025 from the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. There is no need for candidates to use their login details to view the JEE Advanced 2025 answer key, which is available in PDF format.
Those who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key have the option to raise objections by paying the necessary fee and submitting the required documentation. According to the important dates available on the official website, the window for objections to the answer key will be open until May 27.

By utilising the provisional answer key and their response sheets, candidates can calculate their expected scores in the examination. They will need to total the marks for correct answers and subtract negative marks for any incorrect ones from that total. The JEE Advanced response sheet 2025 was released on May 22.
The final answer key for JEE Advanced 2025 is scheduled to be published on June 2. This final answer key will be based on the objections submitted regarding the provisional answers. JEE Advanced results for 2025 will be prepared and announced on the same day using the final key.

JEE Advanced Answer Key 2025: How to raise objections
To challenge the JEE Advanced answer keys, candidates can follow the steps below:
- Visit the JEE Advanced official website.
- Login using JEE Advanced application number, date of birth and registered mobile number.
- Click on the link to challenge the answer key on the dashboard.
- Mark the number of questions whose answer is to be challenged
- Upload the documents in support of objections and pay fees (if applicable)
- Click on the submit button to challenge
The JEE Advanced exam for 2025 took place on May 18 at different locations around the country. This exam included various types of questions, such as multiple-choice questions where you choose one answer, questions where you select more than one answer, and numerical questions that require calculations. Both parts of the exam, known as Paper 1 and Paper 2, were divided into three main subjects: physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
