How to Apply for RBI Grade B exam?

RBI Grade B application form is released online.  The application fee can be paid online only, which is INR 850 for General/OBC and INR 100 for SC/ST/PwBD. The process to fill the application form is given below.

RBI Grade B application form needs to be filled online only. There is no other mode of submitting the application form. The application fee can be paid online only. The application fee is INR 850 for General/OBC categories and INR SC/ST/PwDB candidates.

RBI Grade B exam pattern is divided into Phase I, II, and Interview. Phase I of RBI Grade B for General Post comprises four sections. All the questions in the exam will be objective type. The total marks for the test are 200. Phase II comprises both objective-type and descriptive-type questions. The test comprises three papers. The total marks for the test are 300. The Interview for General Post carries a total of 50 marks. The structure of RBI Grade B exam pattern is given below.

Q:   Will there be a Psychometric Test in RBI Grade B exam?

As per the revised exam pattern, candidates need to appear for the Psychometric Test in the RBI Grade B exam before appearing in the interview. There are no marks for this test. The performance of candidates in the psychometric test is not counted for the final merit list. It is only conducted to test the psychological knowledge of candidates. Q:   What is RBI Grade B exam pattern?
A: 

RBI Grade B exam is conducted in three phases I, II, & III. Phase I is based on General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. In Phase 2, there are three papers: Economic and Social Issues, English, and Finance & Management. The final selection of the candidates is based on an interview. Phases I and II carriers 200 and 300 marks, respectively. The interview carries 75 marks. The duration for Phase 1 is 120 minutes. Phase 2 has a different time duration: Paper I & III are conducted for 120 minutes, and Paper III for 90 minutes.
