Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main for B.Tech in India

IIEST Shibpur BTech cutoff 2026 for the Aerospace Engineering specialisations in round 1 was 31402 for the General AI category. IIT Tirupati admission is entrance-based, therefore, candidates are required to secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams and qualify for the counselling rounds for final admission. The Institute offers UG, PG and PhD level programmes, wherein, for courses such as BTech, candidates must qualify JEE Main and secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12.

Candidates who have a valid score in the JEE Advanced and JEE Main exams are eligible for both the BTech and BTech+Mtech degree at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. Further, candidates are required to qualify for the eligibility criteria, i.e twelve years of school education with 75% aggregate from a recognised institution (The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PD candidates should be at least 65%). Qualified candidates must complete the IIST admission procedure and finalised their seats.

For admission to the BTech course, MIT-WPU, Pune accepts scores of various state/ national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET/ MHT CET B/ NEET UG. Hence, candidates willing to get admission to the course must appear and qualify in any one of the accepted entrance exams. For some specialisations, students may have to write a Statement of Purpose (SOP).

Yes, IIIT Bangalore offers a four-year BTech course in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence.
