There is no provision to recheck IBPS Clerk marks. The result declared by the examination authority is considered as final. IBPS Clerk result is announced online. Candidates can check their results by logging with the registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. 

Do not worry if you forget the password while downloading IBPS Clerk result. You can retrieve the password by clicking the Forgot Password. Candidates need to enter certain details to retrieve the password. After resetting the password, candidates need to login with the new login credentials to check the result. The following allowances are offered to IBPS Clerk: Dearness Allowance: This component is 4 per cent of the Basic Pay. DA depends on the CPI and is revised after every three months. House Rent Allowance: The HRA is dependent on the location of the posting. It is 8.5 per cent of the Basic Pay for Metro Cities, 7.5 per cent of the Basic Pay for cities having a population of more than 5 Lacs, and 6.5 per cent of the Basic Pay for other cities. Travel Allowance: The official tours and travels will be reimbursed by the bank. Medical Allowance: For IBPS Clerks, the amount is fixed at INR 2000. Medical allowance is provided once in a year. Special Allowance: For IBPS Clerk this amount is fixed at INR 4118.

A reserve list to the extent of approximately 10 percent of the vacancies under each category may be kept, subject to the availability of candidates. This does not guarantee provisional allotment to/recruitment by the participating banks. In the event of Participating Banks providing further vacancies during April 2024-March 2025 at different intervals, provisional allotment may be carried out three to four times for the candidates in the reserve list, based on the vacancies provided by some or any of the participating banks at different intervals during the period. However, if no vacancy is furnished by the Participating Banks owing to exigencies or otherwise during the validity period, the candidates under the reserve list will not be considered for provisional allotment. The reserve list will expire automatically on March 31, 2025. Candidates who are not provisionally allotted or not in the reserve list will not be considered for further process.

In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, merit order is decided as per date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before/ above the candidate junior in age), as per the prevailing practice. A candidate belonging to reserved category, selected on the basis of norms as applicable to General Category, will be treated at par with a General category candidate. Such own merit candidates belonging to reserved categories who are provisionally allotted under unreserved (General) category will not be adjusted against a reserved post. However, their original category as registered in the online registration will remain unchanged.

The reserve list cut off remains valid for a financial year. Selected candidates will get a salary amount only after a few deductions, called in-hand salary. The In-hand salary for the Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III cities is different. For example, if you are posted in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, your in-hand salary amount would be slightly more than others. The In-hand salary given will be inclusive of allowances as per the 7th pay commission.
