Indian Air Force (IAF) has released AFCAT 2 application form 2023 on June 1. The last date to fill the application form is June 30. Along with the application form, AFCAT 2 exam dates 2023 have been announced. The exam will be conducted on August 25, 26 and 27, 2023. The application fee for AFCAT 2023 exam is INR 250 for all categories and can be paid online. AFCAT 2 application form 2023 has been released to select eligible candidates for the Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branch for the courses commencing in July 2024.

How to Apply Online for AFCAT 2 2023?

The steps to fill AFCAT 2 application form 2023 are given below:

  • Visit the official website of IAF
  • Go to the ‘Candidate Login’ section
  • Click the ‘AFCAT 2 2023 cycle’
  • If you are not registered, click on the ‘New Registration’ link
  • Register for the exam by entering the required details such as personal details, course preference, communication details, etc.
  • Candidates are also required to upload certain documents
  • Candidates need to select the exam cities
  • They need to sign the declaration and submit the form
  • Candidates need to pay the application fees
  • Take printout of the fee transaction receipt

The eligibility criteria for AFCAT 2023 exam is given below:

AFCAT Age Limit

Branches Age Limit (As on July 1, 2024)

Flying Branch

Candidates should be between 20 and 24 years. The upper age limit for candidates having a Commercial Pilot License is relaxed up to 26 years

Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch

The age of candidates should be between 20 and 26 years

AFCAT Educational Qualification

AFCAT educational qualification vary from branch to branch. The basic educational qualification prescribed for the exam is graduation.
