NTA (National Testing Agency) is going to close the application correction window for the UGC NET December Cycle exam on January 20, 2023. The candidates can make corrections to the application form till 11:50 pm. However, the candidates who want to edit their application form are advised to edit the application 6 hours before the closing time to avoid any hassle. • Go to the official website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in. 
• Click the ‘Correction Window of Online Application form …’ link. 
• Login using the application number, password and security pin. 
• Click on the ‘Correction in application form’ link. 
• Read the instructions and click on the agreement box. 
• Make the required corrections. 
• Pay the additional fee, if any. 
• Save and submit the form. 

Changes allowed in UGC NET Application Form 2023 

The candidates can edit specific sections of the UGC NET 2023 application form. The candidates can edit the following details: 

• Personal details 
• The choice for exam centre 
• Educational details 
• Scanned photo and signature 

For the candidates who have verified Adhaar Card 

• No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address 
• No change allowed in the candidate’s name, date of birth, and gender 
• No change is allowed in the photo 
• Change is allowed either in the father’s name or the mother’s name (anyone only) 

For the candidates who have not verified Adhaar Card  

• No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address 
• No change is allowed in the photo 
• Change is allowed either in the candidate’s name or father’s name or mother’s name
