SSC CGL Admit Card 2026: The Staff Selection Commission will issue the SSC CGL admit card 2026 around three days prior to the examination date. Also, the authority will announce the SSC CGL city intimation slip a week before the examination date. SSC CGL exam is expected to be conducted on May-June 2026. The authority released the tentative SSC CGL dates via exam calendar. An admit card is mandatory to carry at the examination hall. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not be able to sit in the exam. 

 The candidates will be required to carry one photo identity card with their admit card to secure entry to the exam centre. The exam was conducted on January 18 and 19 at the designated exam centre.

How to Download SSC CGL Admit Card 2026?

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC CGL exam online as a Computer-Based Exam (CBE) in May-June 2026. The candidates will be required to show their admit card to secure entry into the examination centre. The admit cards for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be released separately on the official portal at ssc.gov.in. Candidates who apply for the Tier 1 exam and who qualify first stage will be issued with Tier 2 Admit Card. Candidates can download their hall ticket in the following manner:

No. The Tier 1 marks for the SSC CGL are not used in the preparation of the final merit list. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier 2 exam. However, the final selection and ranking is based on the marks obtained in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.
