SSC Stenographer 2020-21 application process will close on November 4. Candidates who want to apply for the exam are advised to fill the application form early without waiting for the last moment. SSC Stenographer 2020-21 application form has been released on October 10.
The online payment of application fees can be done till November 6. Candidates can pay the application fees offline till November 10. The last date to generate the challan for offline fee payment is November 8, 2020. The application process is completely online. Application forms submitted offline will not be accepted for the exam.
The application fee is Rs 100 (Women, SC, ST, PWD, Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from fee payment). The application fees can be paid both online and offline.
The official notice released by SSC regarding the application process reads, “Aspiring candidates of SSC Stenographer Grade C and D 2020-20 exam are hereby advised in their own interest to submit their applications much before the closing date. They should not wait for the last date as there might be heavy traffic on the servers during the last days for submission of applications.”
How to apply for SSC Stenographer 2020-21?
The steps to fill SSC Stenographer 2020-21 application form are given below.
- Visit the official website
- For one-time registration of SSC Stenographer, click on ‘Register Now’ button
- Enter basic details, additional details & contact details and upload scanned images of photograph and signature
- Provide information regarding Aadhaar Number/Identity Card number
- Enter name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, details of Class 10 exam, level of highest educational qualification
- Provide a valid mobile number, email ID, address
- On confirmation, registration number and password will be generated
- Fill other details such as category, nationality, etc
- Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature
- Upon clicking ‘Final Submit’ different OTPs will be sent to candidates registered mobile number
- Candidates need to enter the OTPs at the required field to complete the registration process
- Read the declaration carefully and click ‘I Agree’ button
- Login to fill the detailed application form
- Click on ‘Apply’ link
- Provide details of exam centre
- Select the medium and post
- Proceed to pay the application fees
- Take printout of application form and fee receipt
