RRB NTPC Application Form 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to soon release the RRB NTPC application form 2026 for both graduate and undergraduate posts. Every year lakhs of candidates apply for the exam. The application process will start along with the reelase of the RRB NTPC Notification. It will be released on the official website.
RRB NTPC Application form was released for both graduate and undergraduate posts under CEN No. 06/2025 and CEN 07/2025. The application status for the graduate posts was released on January 21. It shows whether the application is rejected or accepted. For undergraduate posts, the application status was released on February 6 for RRB NTPC.
RRB NTPC 2026 application form correction window for Undergraduate posts closed on December 16. The application process for UG posts closed on December 4. Read below for more details on RRB NTPC online form.

Hpw to fill RRB NTPC Application Form?
The RRB NTPC exam will be held to recruit 8868 vacancies for multiple posts for Graduate and 12th Level. RRB NTPC application form is released online only. Candidates can fill the online form by following the simple process given below.
- Candidates must visit the RRBs
- Register for the exam
- Enter mobile number & email ID
- Fill the application form
- Upload the documents
- Pay the application fees
The link for application fee refund will be activated soon. The link is usually activated after candidates appear for the CBT. Candidates belonging to unreserved category get the partial refund of application fees for RRB NTPC. Those who belongs to reserved categories are given full refund of application fees. The fee refund is provided to the bank account provided by candidates.

RRB NTPC Editing of Application Form
After the final submission of the online application form, in case candidates wish to make minor changes, could do so by paying INR 100. The correction of data other RRB, email, and mobile number could be done. In case of changes in SC/ST to UR or OBC, candidates had to pay INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. In case, candidates are changing their category from Ex-SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender to UR/OBC (NCL)/Non-Ex-SM/Non-PwBD/Male, etc. had to pay INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. Candidates who appear in the first stage of CBT are eligible for a refund of application fees. Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/ExSM/PwBD/Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories receive the full refund of application fees, which is INR 250. All candidates who will confirm to receive their refund to the account from which they have made the application fee payment are required to fill the bank account details. Candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account are required to provide the details of the Beneficiary Account in which they wish to receive the refund, such as Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Name of Bank, and IFSC Code in the Online Application.

- Candidate must first create an account before filling the application form
- They should authenticate their identity using DigiLocker Aadhaar during the account creation process
- Multiple applications to different RRBs or same RRB, will lead to rejection of all the applications
- Only online applications are accepted for the exam
- Candidates are not required to upload a pre-existing photograph while applying. They should capture the live image
- Documents should be uploaded as per the format

The age limit prescribed for Graduate level posts has been revised. The revised age limit is 18 to 36 years. Earlier, it was 18 to 33 years.

Candidates are required to verify the mobile number and email IDs after submitting the basic details. RRB NTPC application form needs to be filled online only. The application status is released after the same is over.
The undergraduate posts are Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, and Trains Clerk. RRB NTPC salary structure for undergraduate posts is given below. Junior Clerk cum Typist- INR 19,900 Accounts Clerk cum Typist-INR 19,900 Junior Time Keeper-INR 19,900 Trains Clerk-INR 19,900 Commercial cum Ticket Clerk-INR 21,700.

Only online applications are accepted for the exam. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates.
Candidates can need to fill required details in the RRB NTPC application form correctly. They need to fulfill eligibility criteria. A total of 11558 vacancies were announced. The selection process comprises the certain stages.
Aadhaar validation is required to ensure genuineness of candidature and to curb impersonation during exam. RRBs will not share Aadhaar details with any third party or use them for any purpose other than the objectives of RRB NTPC application form. The application form needs to be filled online only. Candidates must submit their applications within the prescribed deadline.
Candidates can give details of any of the following documents, if they do not have Aadhaar:
i. Driving License
ii. Passport
iii. PAN
iv. Voter ID
v. Employee ID (Govt.)
vi. School/College/University (if still studying)
The selected document in online application should be produced during the CBT, DV & ME etc.
This facility is available only to SC/ST candidates. While filling up online RRB NTPC application form, such candidates, should choose ‘Yes’ from the drop down under ‘Do you wish to avail free rail travel pass for the exam and fill up ‘Nearest Railway Station’. It is the responsibility of the candidates availing free travel authority to give the correct name of the Railway Station in online application, failing which their travel authority may get rejected while obtaining reservation. They are also required to upload their Caste Certificate.
