UGC NET December 2024 Application Window Closing Today

UGC NET 2024 Application Form: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application window for December session today: December 10, 2024. Candidates who yet to apply can fill up the UGC NET application form 2024 online at the official website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in. However, the UGC NET application payment portal will remain open until December 11, 2024. It is unlikely that the UGC NET December 2024 application deadline will be extended, therefore, candidates must complete the online form by today.

The UGC NET December 2024 correction window will open on December 12 and 13. As per the schedule, the UGC NET Dec 2024 will be conducted from January 1 to 19, 2025 for 180 minutes. UGC NET is conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS) /Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges.

Step 2: Click on UGC NET 2024 application form, on the homepage

Step 3: Now, complete UGC NET registration

Step 4: Login with application number and date of birth

Step 5: Fill up the UGC NET Dec application form, upload the scanned documents and pay the registration fee

Step 6: Now, submit the form and take a printout of it

Candidates belonging to the General category have to pay a fee of INR 1150, whereas INR 600 applies to Gen-EWS/ OBC-NCL categories. Whereas, Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / Person with Disability (PwD)/ Third Gender candidates have to pay INR 325.
