IBPS PO 2025 Salary: The IBPS offers a good amount of salary to their Probationary Officers. This is also the main reason for the students to get selected for the IBPS PO exam. Here, we have discussed about the salary and other benefits provided by the authority to the Probationary Officers who join 11 participating banks of IBPS. After the Bi-Partite Agreement, the current basic pay according to the revised salary structure for IBPS PO is INR 48,480 along with HRA and DA. The candidates should note that the IBPS PO salary is not governed by the Pay Commission constituted by the Government of India.

The 12^th Bipartite Agreement was signed by both parties on March 12, 2024. It will be applicable till November 1, 2027. It will see a growth of 17 per cent in the Basic Salary of the Bank PO. Other allowances will be raised accordingly.
