A:
Candidates qualifying for the paper are then called to appear for the next stage of the exam - tier 2. If all stages of the exam are over and candidates have successfully qualified all the stages of the exam then they are allotted posts in various departments of the Government of India as per the available SSC CGL vacancies. As per the new notification, the candidates need to report for the Document Verification at the indented department.

No, the SSC CGL cutoff varies as per the category (your, SC, ST, OBC, PH) of candidates. They are different for each post group. It is different for all categories within the same post group. The candidates need to score equal to or more than their category cutoff to qualify for the next stage of the exam. The CGL cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the question paper and the number of vacancies in the exam.

Q:   What is the SSC CGL cutoff?
A:
SSC CGL cutoff is the minimum marks that a candidate needs to qualify for their respective stage/tier of the exam. In other words, we can say that the SSC CGL cutoff is the marks of the last selected candidate in a particular category. These marks differ for each post group. SSC CGL cutoff depends on the number of vacancies in the exam. A higher number of vacancies means a lower cutoff for each stage of the exam because the Commission will be required to select a higher number of candidates in each stage.
Q:   Is the SSC CGL cutoff released region-wise?
A:

No, the cutoff is not released region-wise. It is released centrally on the official website of the commission. The SSC select the candidates based on the test conducted at the all-India level. The regional offices come into the picture for the release of admit cards and document verification only.

Except SSC CGL admit card, all the official communication regarding the SSC CGL exam is released by the central website of the Commission which is ssc.gov.in.
