Entrance Exam Syllabus |
Exam Syllabus Details |
|---|---|
JEE Main syllabus includes three subjects- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Physics consists of theory as well as practical component. Chemistry consists of Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. Mathematics consists of topics from Class 11th and 12th. |
MHT CET exam is of 300 marks which consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology of 100 marks each. It gives 20% weightage to syllabus of Class 11 whereas 80% weightage to Class 12th syllabus. Therefore, its syllabus is slightly different from JEE Main with respect to weightage of both exams. |
Similar to syllabus of JEE Main, COMEDK UGET consists of three sections-Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Each section consists of 60 questions carrying 1 mark each. Some of important mark fetching areas are Calculus and 3D Geometry for Mathematics, Organic Chemistry and Electrochemistry for Chemistry and Thermodynamics and Current for Physics |
syllabus consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as well as English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning. Apart from PCM Syllabus, exam also tests general proficiency of candidates in English language as well as their ability to perceive data logically and interpret it for applying rules while solving questions. |
syllabus for GATE varies across various disciplines and topics such as Verbal Ability and Numerical Ability are common topics for all papers. Moreover, syllabus for various specialisations is of graduation-level and candidates ability to solve reasoning and numerical questions are also tested through this examination. |

It depends. If you want a quick way to enter the industry, a BTech is a great option. BTech graduates are valued in every industry with decent starting packages.
An M.Tech is apt for only those who are more into research-based roles, or maybe planning to pursue a PhD, or want to become a professor.
