
CTET Admit Card 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the CTET admit card 2026 for the December session on the official website at ctet.nic.in. It will be published a few days prior to the examination day. Candidates required their login credentials to download their hall ticket including the application number and password. The authority also release the CTET pre-admit card 2026 or city intimation slip around 10 days prior to the exam day. The CTET December session 2026 notification has not been released yet. The February session CTET exam was held on February 7 and 8 across the country in two shifts.

How to Download CTET Admit Card 2026?
The CTET admit card for the December session will be released on the official portal at ctet.nic.in. The admit card is a mandatory document that needs to be carried at the examination hall. Without it, candidate will not be able to sit in the exam. Candidates will be able to download the CTET admit card as shared here-

Candidates need to carry the CTET hall ticket 2026 to exam centres along with the photo ID proof. CTET 2026 Admit Card: Important Points to Note
- CTET hall ticket is a mandatory document to be carried to the allotted test centre.
- In case of any discrepancy in admit card, contact exam authorities immediately.
- Report to the exam centre at least 90 minutes before the exam.
- Candidates reporting at the test centre after 9:30 AM for Shift 1 and 2:00 PM for Shift 2 will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
- Candidates should read all exam day instructions mentioned on the admit card carefully and follow them on the day of the paper.

Candidates need to carry these documents to the CTET exam centre-
- CTET admit card
- ID proof- PAN card or Voter ID card or Passport or Driving License or Aadhaar Card

The CBSE does not issue the hard copy of the CTET admit card to any candidate. Candidates need to download the admit card by logging in using the application number and date of birth. The admit card link is displayed at ctet.nic.in.
The CTET admit card is important to appear for the exam as well as to check the results. Candidates need to carry their admit cards to the exam centre. Candidates without the hall ticket are not allowed to take the exam. The admission card contains roll number, which is needed to check result.
The CTET admit card is available as a PDF file that can be downloaded on any browser. Candidates can download their hall tickets using latest Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox versions.
Candidates who forget to carry the CTET admit card to the exam centre are not allowed to take the exam. The CTET admit card is a proof that the candidate had registered for the exam.

CTET exam is of 2 hours 30 minutes duration for each paper. The CTET exam is conducted in two shifts. The CTET Shift 1 starts from 9:30 am to 12 noon and Shift 2 is from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
You can get the CTET old marksheet or duplicate CTET marksheet and certificate by visiting the official website of the exam. Follow the steps given below to get the previous years marksheets or certificates:
- Visit the official website - ctet.nic.in.
- Go to the 'Duplicate Marksheet & Certificate' link under e-Services.
- Click on the link given under '2011 to 2016' or '2018 & onwards'.
- Login using the registered mobile or Aadhaar number.
- Click on the Get Issued Documents link.
- Select CBSE >>> Teacher Eligibility Test Mark-sheet or Certificate.
- Enter the Roll Number and Year of passing.
- Click on get document link.
The CBSE issues the admit card in two phases- pre-admit card and main admit card. The CTET pre-admit card is released ten days before the examination and informs about the allotted exam date and city. The main admit card is issued two days before exam informing the exam date, time, reporting time, exam centre name and address.
Candidates can get the CTET admit card by visiting ctet.nic.in. However, the direct CTET admit card download link is provided here soon after the release. Candidates need to login using the application number, date of birth and code to download their admit cards.
Candidates can attempt the CTET mock test by visiting the Shiksha.com website. The CTET mock tests are available for free here. The CTET mock test cannot be downloaded, however, can be attempted online. The Shiksha-curated mock tests are available separately for Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates can practice these mock tests without any difficulty.
