RRB NTPC result 2021 for CBT 1 has been announced on January 14 at rrbchennai.gov.in by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Chennai. RRB NTPC Chennai result is available in PDF form and comprises the roll numbers of qualified candidates. Along with the result, the cutoff and scorecard have also been released. To download the cutoff and scorecard, candidates need to login with user ID and password. The CBT 2 exam will be conducted from February 14 to 18, 2022.

RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam was conducted from December 28, 2020, to July 31, 2021, for over 1.20 crore candidates. A total of 35,281 RRB NTPC vacancies will be filled through the exam.

Normalisation of RRB NTPC Marks

According to the revised RRB NTPC normalisation formula, the marks obtained in the exam are calculated on the basis of an average score of the top one percent of the candidates considering all shifts. The marks are calculated up to five decimal places. Normalisation of RRB NTPC marks is done as the exams are conducted in multiple sessions.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern

Qualified candidates of first stage CBT will appear for the second stage CBT. The second stage, CBT is divided into three sections: General Questions Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning.
