A notice is being circulated on social media platform claiming that the National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the Phase 2 exam of the UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycles. The notice states that the UGC NET 2022 Phase 2 exam stands postponed due to certain reasons and the new dates will be notified shortly.

However, the PIB Fact Check has uncovered that the notice is absolutely fake. The official Twitter handle of the PIB Fact Check states, β€œA Fake notice being circulated in the name of the National Testing Agency claims that the UGC NET exam has been postponed.”

The PIB Fact Check further stated that the NTA has not issued this notice.

The NTA UGC NET 2022 Phase 2 exam is scheduled to be held on August 12, 13 and 14, 2022. The UGC NET Telugu and Marathi subjects exam date will be announced soon. The UGC NET admit card 2022 for Phase 2 will be released around two to three days prior to the exam.
