CAT 2023 exam date is most likely November 26. The exam will be held in three sessions in about 156 cities across India. The CAT 2023 exam dates will be announced in July 2023 and the registrations will begin in August 2023. Going by the trends of the past few years, IIM Calcutta or IIM Lucknow can be the CAT 2023 convening institute.
The registration process will be online and the CAT 2023 application forms will be available at iimcat.ac.in website from the first week of August to third week of September. Graduates or final year students can fill the CAT application form 2023.

CAT Exam Eligibility Criteria
The minimum eligibility criteria for CAT 2023 exam is graduation in any stream. Check detailed eligibility criteria for CAT exam below:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45 per cent aggregate for SC, ST and PWD/DA category) from a recognised university.
- Candidates with professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with the required percentage can also appear for CAT.
- Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification or awaiting the result are also eligible to appear in the exam.

CAT 2023 Application Process
- CAT application forms will be available in online mode only at iimcat.ac.in website.
- CAT registration is the first step to apply for the exam.
- Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be allowed to apply.
- To register for CAT 2023, candidates will require a functional email ID and password.
- For filling the CAT application form 2023, candidates will need their academic scores of Class 10, 12, bachelor’s degree, personal ID number (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport number etc.), scanned photograph, scanned signature and net banking details.
- Candidates have to select IIMs and courses in the CAT application form only. They don’t need to fill separate forms of IIMs for MBA admission.
- CAT application fee is non-refundable and form correction facility will be provided for only certain fields of the form.

CAT 2023 Admit Card
CAT 2023 admit card will be released at the official website in the month of October. The CAT admit card will be issued to only those candidates who shall have registered successfully and paid the application fee. Given below is the process to download the CAT admit card 2023 from the official website:
- Go to IIMCAT website
- Click on 'admit card' or 'login' tab
- Enter CAT application ID and password
- Click on 'admit card' and download the PDF copy
The CAT hall ticket will contain candidate's details and exam date, time, venue, slot and other guidelines. After the admit card has been released, candidates cannot request for change of exam test city or centre. Thus, they must make test city selection in the CAT application form carefully.
The CAT 2023 admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the examination centres. Candidates must carry two colour print outs of their admit card with a passport size photo affixed on both copies. Digital copy of the admit card will not be accepted by the examination centre staff as a valid document for candidate identification.
CAT 2023 Answer Key
