Paper 1 is BE/BTech:

• Total Marks: 300
• Total Questions: 75 (25 each in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
• Section Breakdown (Per Subject):
  • Section A: 20 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Section B: 5 Numerical Value Questions (NVQs).

Paper 2a is B.Arch and Paper 2b is BPlanning:

• Paper 2A (B.Arch): 77 questions total (400 marks). It includes Mathematics (25 questions), Aptitude (50 questions), and a Drawing Test (2 questions conducted offline on paper).
• Paper 2B (B.Planning): 100 questions total (400 marks). It includes Mathematics (25 questions), Aptitude (50 questions), and Planning-based MCQs (25 questions).

Marking Scheme of JEE Mains(All Papers)

• Correct Answer: +4 marks.
• Incorrect Answer: -1 mark (applies to both MCQs and Numerical Value Questions).
• Unattempted: 0 marks.
• Rounding for NVQs: Answers for numerical value questions must be rounded to nearest integer.
