RRB NTPC Application Form 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released short notice for RRB NTPC Graduate and Under Graduate Recruitment 2026, announcing 3,477 tentative vacancies for graduate posts and 1,688 for under graduate posts. As per notice released, RRB NTPC CEN 06/2026 application form for graduate posts was released on October 8 and RRB NTPC CEN 07/2026 for under graduate posts aaplication was released on October 15, 2026 for RRB NTPC exam.

Hpw to fill RRB NTPC Application Form?
As per notice released, RRB NTPC CEN 06/2026 application form for graduate posts was released on October 8. The last date to submit online RRB NTPC CEN 06/2026 application form is November 6 up to 11:59 PM. Application dates for under graduate posts CEN No. 07/2026 are starting October 15 and last date is November 13, 2026. Candidates interested in recruitment are advised to keep required certificates and documents ready before application window opens. They need to visit official website rrbapply.gov.in to complete RRB NTPC graduate posts application form 2026. It is advised to the candidates to read the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Candidates can fill the online form by following the simple process given below.

The application fee of RRB NTPC can be paid online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. The application fees is refunded to candidates once candidates appear in the CBT.
Candidates should submit only one application for RRB NTPC exam. If candidates submit multiple application forms then their applications will be rejected. Candidates are required to apply online for the exam. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class.

RRB NTPC Editing of Application Form
After the final submission of the online application form, in case candidates wish to make minor changes, could do so by paying INR 100. The correction of data other RRB, email, and mobile number could be done. In case of changes in SC/ST to UR or OBC, candidates had to pay INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. In case, candidates are changing their category from Ex-SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender to UR/OBC (NCL)/Non-Ex-SM/Non-PwBD/Male, etc. had to pay INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. RRBs provide candidates with the facility to modify RRB NTPC application form. Candidates can modify the details entered in the application form online by paying the required modification fees. The process how candidates can modify the details entered in the application form are given below:
- Login using Registration Number and Password
- Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed
- Click on the Modify Application‘ Button
- Proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and submit the application. Preserve the print out of the latest application for record
Generally, the RRB NTPC exam for the Graduate posts is considered to be Easy to Moderate in difficulty level mainly for the CBT 1 and for CBT 2, it can be considered as Moderate to Tough.
RRB NTPC Fee Refund
Candidates who appear in the first stage of CBT are eligible for a refund of application fees. Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/ExSM/PwBD/Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories receive the full refund of application fees, which is INR 250. All candidates who will confirm to receive their refund to the account from which they have made the application fee payment are required to fill the bank account details. Candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account are required to provide the details of the Beneficiary Account in which they wish to receive the refund, such as Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Name of Bank, and IFSC Code in the Online Application.

Aadhaar validation is required to ensure genuineness of candidature and to curb impersonation during exam. RRBs will not share Aadhaar details with any third party or use them for any purpose other than the objectives of RRB NTPC application form. The application form needs to be filled online only. Candidates must submit their applications within the prescribed deadline.

The selected document in online application should be produced during the CBT, DV & ME etc.
Candidates can need to fill required details in the RRB NTPC application form correctly. They need to fulfill eligibility criteria. A total of 11558 vacancies were announced. The selection process comprises the certain stages.

Only online applications are accepted for the exam. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates.
This facility is available only to SC/ST candidates. While filling up online RRB NTPC application form, such candidates, should choose ‘Yes’ from the drop down under ‘Do you wish to avail free rail travel pass for the exam and fill up ‘Nearest Railway Station’. It is the responsibility of the candidates availing free travel authority to give the correct name of the Railway Station in online application, failing which their travel authority may get rejected while obtaining reservation. They are also required to upload their Caste Certificate.
