The Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSAA is responsible for conducting the counselling process for admission to B.Tech courses in various colleges across India. According to an article on Shiksha. With the rank that you provided you might not get admission in NITs or IIITs through JoSSA counselling you can go for GFITs. You can go for CSAB counselling where there is good chance that you can get admission in some NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Meghalaya etc. 

The JEE Advanced closing rank for IITs differs. The cutoff ranks will vary for each of the 23 IITs based on their courses, seats offered and various other factors.

Students who rank in JEE Main above 1 lakh are eligible for admission to NITs. But not possible in top institutions.
