JoSAA 2022 Registration ends today: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will conclude the JoSAA 2022 counselling registration and choice filling process today, i.e. on September 21, 2022. Candidates who desired to secure BTech/ BArch seats must complete the JoSAA 2022 registration by 5 PM today. Candidates who fail to do so will not be allowed to participate in the centralized JoSAA 2022 counselling process. Candidates can access the link to fill the JoSAA registration 2022 online on the official website of JOSAA at josaa.nic.in. To complete the JoSAA counselling 2022, candidates need to use their JEE Main 2022 application number and JEE Main/Advanced password.

Candidates who have qualified either in JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced are eligible to fill the JoSAA 2022 registration. Candidates are required to fill the JoSAA 2022 registration/application form by completing the steps such as initial registration, choice filling and locking. Thereafter, based on the choice filled by the candidates and the availability of seats, the authority will prepare and publish the seat allotment results in a total of six rounds.

Steps to complete JoSAA 2022 Registration and Choice Filling

To complete JoSAA counselling 2022 registration and choice filling, the candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below:

• Step-1: Visit the official website at josaa.nic.in.
• Step-2: Click the link that reads "JoSAA Counselling Registration".
• Step-3: Enter your JEE Main 2022 application number and JEE Main/JEE Advanced password and click on submit.
• Step-4: A new window will be displayed on the screen that will contain all the details of the candidate (as same as provided in JEE Main/JEE Advanced). Candidates are required to cross-check all the details carefully and verify them. In this step, candidates are only allowed to change their contact detail during this step. After verifying the detail, click on the "Submit" button.
• Step-5: Fill in the choices of courses and institutes as per the availability of seats and institutes. Applicants must choose the BTech programmes and institutes in order of their preferences.
• Step-6: In the end, complete the choice locking process as it is an important step for the JoSAA 2022 seat allotment process.

JoSAA 2022 registration: Important instructions

• The confidentiality of the password is the responsibility of the candidate only.
• Candidates must not forget to take a printout of locked choices as it will be used during reporting.
• Candidates are suggested to not respond to any mail that asks for a login ID and password. JoSAA does not request for such information by Email.
