Will JEE Mains 2025 Postpone?

As of now, there has been no official announcement from NTA regarding the postponement of JEE Main 2025 Session 2 due to its date clash with CBSE class 12 board exams. The exams are scheduled to take place from April 2 to 9, with some CBSE subjects, including languages (April 2), home science (April 3), and psychology (April 4), overlapping with JEE Main.

Students and parents have raised concerns and requested authorities to adjust the schedule or exam timings. As per media reports, an online meeting between NTA and exam coordinators is expected to address the issue. However, until an official statement is released, JEE Main 2025 will proceed as scheduled. JEE Mains Session 2 Admit Card 205 will be released on March 29.

JEE Main and CBSE Class 12 Exams Overlap

The JEE Main 2025 session 2 is set to take place from April 2 to 9, creating a scheduling conflict with the CBSE class 12 board exams. Several subjects, including languages on April 2, home science on April 3, and psychology on April 4, coincide with JEE Main 2025 exam dates.

A total of 28 language papers, including Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, and Telugu, are scheduled for April 2, followed by the home science exam on April 3 and psychology on April 4. These dates coincide with the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam schedule, raising concerns among students appearing for both exams. This overlap has sparked concerns among students who are required to appear for both exams, leaving them anxious about managing their schedules and academic performance.
