JEE Main 2025 Result Statistics: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the result along with the toppers list and statistics on "how many students appeared for JEE Mains." In session 1, a total of 12,58,136 candidates appeared for the exam, with 4,24,810 female candidates making up approximately 33.8% of the total applicants. Among the gender categories, male candidates accounted for 8,33,325 applicants, while females represented 4,24,810. The third gender had a minimal presence, with just one applicant.

The JEE Main 2025 results highlight diversity and gender representation across various categories. When it comes to categories, the OBC category leads with 4,90,275 applicants in JEE Main 2025 session 1, followed by the General category with 4,66,358 candidates. The SC category reported 1,22,845 candidates, while the ST had 39,959 applicants. Notably, the EWS category saw 1,38,699 candidates.

How many candidates registered for JEE Main 2025?

A total of 13,11,544 candidates registered for JEE Main Paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech.) across various categories and genders. Of these, 4,43,622 were female candidates, with 1,67,790 from the General category, 45,627 from EWS, 42,704 from SC, 13,833 from ST, and 1,73,668 from OBC. Male candidates accounted for 8,67,920 registrations, including 3,21,419 from General, 96,159 from EWS, 87,550 from SC, 28,778 from ST, and 3,34,014 from OBC.

Additionally, two candidates identified as Third Gender, one from the General category and the other from OBC. The highest number of JEE Main 2025 session 1 registrations came from the OBC category with 5,07,683 candidates, followed by General with 4,89,210, EWS with 1,41,786, SC with 1,30,254, and ST with 42,611.
