As per the experts from FIITJEE, the overall difficulty level of JEE Main 2022 July 27 shift 2 exam was moderate. Mathematics was moderately tough while Chemistry was easiest amongst the three subjects.

Mathematics – In this section questions covered almost all chapters with weightage to Calculus & Coordinate Geometry. There were mixed concepts questions from Straight Lines, Circle & Parabola. Questions also asked from Sequence & Series, Binomial Distribution, Probability, Matrices, Vectors, 3 D Geometry & Complex numbers in Algebra. In Calculus- Area under Curves had 4 questions. Numerical Based question had lengthy calculations as per students. Few students also reported it was tricky. 

Physics – This section was balanced. Some good questions were asked from Mechanics, Wave & Sound, Rotational Motion, Heat & Thermodynamics, Kinematics, Electrostatics, EM Waves, Current Electricity, AC Circuits, & Communication Systems. Few Numerical based questions were easy. 

Chemistry – Physical Chemistry was mostly in Numerical based section while MCQs were from Organic & Inorganic Chemistry.  Weightage was given to Chemical Kinetics, Chemical Equilibrium, Electrochemistry &Thermodynamics. Numerical Based questions from Physical Chemistry were easy. Inorganic Chemistry had questions from Co-ordination Compounds, Ores & Metallurgy and Environmental Chemistry. Organic Chemistry had questions mostly from NCERT.

Coaching institutes will soon release the JEE Main July 27 Shift 2 question papers. Along with the question papers, answer key and solutions will also be released by the coaching institutes.

Physics: There were no formula based questions in this section. Many questions were tricky and lengthy. The topics asked in this section are modern physics, photoelectric effect, EM waves, semiconductors, current electricity and others.

Chemistry: This section was moderate in comparison to other shifts. Some of the topics asked in this section are biomolecules, polymers, chemistry in everyday life and others. 

Mathematics: The majority of questions in this section were asked from Mathematical reasoning, calculas, hyperbola, parabola and others. 

As per the initial reaction of students who had appeared in the second shift, most students have reported that the JEE Main 27 July shift 2 exam was moderately difficult.

As per expert analysis, JEE Main paper was just like other papers conducted so far in the July session. Chemistry was easier. But  Physics was the easiest. Speaking of Mathematics, a few questions were time-consuming, but still, attempting around 15 questions within the given time limit can be considered a good attempt. I feel students can score 99 percentile in this paper with about 180-190 marks."

NTA has successfully conducted the JEE Main 2022 July 27 shift 2 exam at 6 PM. Applicants appeared for the exam found overall paper difficulty level as moderate to tough. 

Applicants looking for "how many questions are there in JEE Mains" must note that there are overall 90 questions in the exam. There will be 60 multiple choice questions in JEE Main 2022 along with 30 NATs. Applicants have to attempt 5 questions from NAT in each section.

NTA will release the JEE Main cut off 2022 after the conclusion of July session exam. The cutoff of JEE Mains 2022 will be released separately for all the categories. Applicants who will score marks equal to or more than the cutoff marks will be declared qualified in the exam.

NTA has released the JEE Mains hall ticket 2022 download link at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Applicants appearing for the exam must carry their JEE Main admit card along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. Applicants also need to carry COVID-19 self declaration certificate at the exam centre.  Any candidate without admit card will not be allowed to appear for the JEE Main July session exam 2022.

Mathematics

For a large section of students, the Mathematics part was moderate. AS anticipated, some questions involved lengthy calculations. There were not less than 8 questions from calculus, not less than 7 questions from Algebra and 3 to 4 questions from Vectors and 3 Dimensional  and4 questions were from

Coordinate Geometry and trigonometry too found a place in this section. Regular practice and solving mock tests would be of great help in scoring good in these types of papers.

Physics

For many students, the Physics paper was on expected lines as many students found it to be easy. Questions were asked from all the prominent chapters - 2 questions from Optics, not less than 5 questions from Mechanics,  2 or 3 questions from Thermodynamics and one each from communication systems, experimental physics and units and measurements among others are worth mentioning .6 questions were asked from electricity and magnetics. Questions about waves and oscillations and modern physics were also asked

As expected, numerical type questions were more in numbers than theoretical questions and almost all numerical were simple formula-based questions. Practising a sufficient number of similar tests would keep students in good stead.

Chemistry

This paper was easy to Moderate and NCERT based. An almost equal number of questions were asked from the Physical, Inorganic and Organic branches of Chemistry. The majority of questions in the numerical value-based section were from Physical Chemistry. The whole of the paper was NCERT based. Covering NCERT and its Examples would be the key to scoring good marks. Chapters like Biomolecules, Polymers, Chemistry in everyday life and environmental chemistry besides regular topics found due representation in the paper.All in all, it was a moderate paper which can be solved in 3 hours. According to FIITJEE, the difficulty level of JEE Main 2022 July 26 shift 1 was moderate. Mathematics was moderately tough while Chemistry was east amongst the three subjects.

Mathematics - Moderately Tough. Numerical Based questions involved some lengthy & tricky questions from Binomial Theorem, Definite Integrals & Functions as reported by students.

Physics - Easy to Moderate level. Few Numerical based questions had lengthy calculations but were easy. It was a balanced section overall.

Chemistry – Easy level. Physical and Organic Chemistry were given more weightage compared to Inorganic Chemistry.  Inorganic Chemistry had questions mostly from NCERT.

According to Ajay Sharma, National Academic Director, Engineering, Aakash BYJU’S, a large number of students found JEE Main 2022 July 25 shift 1 paper to be of a moderate to easy level. There were a few questions with lengthy calculations in the Mathematics section which took more time than usual to answer. Further, questions covered almost all the chapters from classes 11 and 12.

As per coaching institutes, questions in the Mathematics paper of July 25 and 26 had been asked from all chapters with an emphasis on Chapters of Calculus & Conic Sections. Circle, Parabola, Ellipse & Hyperbola had questions with mixed concepts, In Calculus- Functions, Application of Derivatives, Differential Equations, Area & Definite Integrals were covered. Few easy questions were asked in Vectors & 3D Geometry.

Candidates can check the previous year's JEE Main cutoff to know the probable marks they have secure this year to be eligible for JEE Advanced. 

According to NTA, JEE Main 2022 June session had 769589 candidates who appeared for the examination. After the conclusion of the July session, the authorities are expected to release the statistics of JEE Main 2022 candidates. 

JEE Main 2022 result for the June session was released on July 10. Out of all the candidates, 14 students secured 100 NTA percentile in the examination. The authorities also released state-wise, category-wise and gender-wise toppers through the official notification at jeemain.nta.nic.in. 

IIT Bombay has announced the JEE Advanced 2022 exam date. The authorities will conduct JEE Advanced 2022 on August 28. Registrations for JEE Advanced 2022 will be open from August 7 to 11. 

JEE Main 2022 mock test is available online at jeemain.nta.nic.in for all candidates. Since the mock tests are in the same format, difficulty level, syllabus and pattern which are asked in the exam, the candidates can use them to practice for JEE Main 2022. No log-in credentials are required to access the JEE Main mock test 2022.

NTA will conduct JEE Main 2022 Paper 2 for Session 2 on July 30. Candidates can now access the JEE Main 2022 admit card for Paper 2 online at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Both Paper 2A (BArch) and 2B (BPlan) will be held on July 30 at various centres.

Candidates are advised to download JEE Main admit card 2022 again and check whether or not there is any change in the examination venue. As per some students, they have recently received a mail regarding the change in the examination centre. Hence, candidates are advised to download JEE Mains hall ticket again to cross-check the particulars mentioned in the hall ticket. 

There are no minimum marks to be qualified for JEE Advanced. Out of all the candidates, only the top 2.5 Lakh ranker holders will be eligible for the JEE Advanced exam. Hence, if a student wishes to get admission to top IITs, then they should have a score above 100 marks. They are also required to have secured minimum 75% marks in 12th standard qualifying exam or be in the top 20 percentile. 

JEE Main 2022 exam dates have been revised. NTA is now conducting JEE Main 2022 Session 2 from July 25 to 30 as a computer-based test at various centres. Previously, the exam was to commence from July 21.

Various coaching institutes and experts are expected to release the unofficial JEE Main 2022 answer key for July 26 session soon. Candidates will be able to check the correct answers to the memory-based questions and calculate their probable secured scores using the unofficial answer key. 

For admissions into the IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, the candidates should have secured a minimum of 75% in the 12th standard qualifying examination or be in the top 20 percentile. Without this criteria, the candidates will not be considered for admissions. 

JEE Main 2022 July 26 Shift 2 has commenced at various exam centres. The entrance examination will be held for 3 hours and will conclude at 6 PM. No candidate is allowed to enter the examination centre after 3 PM.

Mathematics

A few students found the Mathematics section difficult as quite a few questions involved lengthy calculations. Adequate importance was given to Calculus & Algebra. About 7Questions from algebra included Chapters of Binomial Theorem, Permutation & Combination sequences and series, as well as complex numbers. There were not less than 7 questions from calculus which included questions from Definite Integral, Differential equation, continuity and differentiability and functions. Questions from Coordinate Geometry were also present in adequate numbers. Three to four questions were from vectors and three-dimensional geometry and 2 from matrices and determinants. Questions generally involved the intertwining of two concepts. To score well on such a paper, a student should practise regularly and solve mock tests.

Physics

The Physics paper was considered to be easy by a large number of students. This paper was quite balanced as questions from class XI and class XII were equally distributed. Some numerical-based questions were involving elaborate calculations. A few students also reported that some questions were a bit tricky. About 6 questions from mechanics, at Least 2 from Heat and Thermodynamics, about 3 from electricity and magnetics and a good number of questions from  Modern Physics and Waves and Sound were the mainstays of the physics portion. Students with a thorough understanding of the ‘Concepts of Physics by HC Verma' along with NCERT should be able to score well in this paper. Solving Mock tests as the last leg of preparation is the key to a high score for this section

Chemistry

This paper was of a moderate to easy difficulty level. The distribution of questions from the three branches was nearly equal with a slight edge to organic chemistry. Questions were asked from chapters like Chemistry in Everyday life, Biomolecules& p-block elements. Chapters like Aldehydes, ketones and carboxylic acids and alcohols, phenols and ethers found good representation. Some of the questions from Physical Chemistry were considered difficult by a section of students, and questions from Inorganic Chemistry were of moderate levels As mentioned previously, students with a good understanding of NCERT books should be able to do well in this paper. To conclude, it was an easy to moderate paper that involved a few lengthy calculations here and there. The subject-wise difficulty level can be assumed as

JEE Main 2022 July 26 Shift 1 Chemistry paper was easy as compared to the other sections. The questions were NCERT based and according to the official syllabus of JEE Main 2022. Candidates were able to solve the paper well within the time limit.

Compared to other sections, the students found Mathematics the most difficult in JEE Main 2022 July 26 Shift 1 paper. Most of the questions were from Statistics and Probability and some of the students also found the section to be lengthy. 

Students who had appeared in the exam reported that the Physics paper was numerical-based but easy. The Chemistry paper was also easy to moderate. Many students also found the Mathematics section to be difficult and lengthy.

Mathematics

For a large section of students, the Mathematics part was moderate. AS predicted, some questions involved lengthy calculations. There were 7 to 8 questions from calculus, not less than 5 questions from Algebra and2 3 questions from Vectors and 3 Dimensional Geometry. Due representation was given to Coordinate Geometry with 3 to 4 questions and about 2 from Trigonometry. Regular practice and solving mock tests would be of great help in facing these types of papers.

Physics

For many students, the Physics paper was also of easy to moderate difficulty level. Questions were asked from all the prominent chapters - 2 questions from Optics, 5 to 6 questions from Mechanics, not less than 3 questions from Thermodynamics and 1 question from EM Waves and 3 to 4 questions from modern physics among others are worth mentioning

As expected, numerical type questions were more in numbers than theoretical questions and almost all numerical were simple formula-based questions. Practising a sufficient number of similar tests would keep students in good stead.

Chemistry

This paper was easy and NCERT based. An almost equal number of questions were asked from the Physical, Inorganic and Organic branches of Chemistry. The majority of questions in the numerical value-based section were from Physical Chemistry. The whole of the paper was NCERT based. Covering NCERT and its Examples would be the key to scoring good marks. Chapters like Biomolecules, Polymers and Environmental chemistry besides regular topics found due represented in the paper.All in all, it was a moderate paper which can be solved in 3 hours. • Mathematics – Moderate level. Questions were asked from all chapters with an emphasis on Chapters of Vector Algebra & Conic Sections. Weightage was given to Vectors, Matrices, Probability, 3 D Geometry, and Complex numbers in Algebra. Circle, Parabola and Ellipse in Co-ordinate Geometry. Calculus gave less weightage as per student. Numerical Based questions had lengthy calculations as per students. Few also reported it was tricky. 
• Physics – Easy to Moderate level. Questions were equally asked from Class XI & XII Chapters. Some good questions were asked from Mechanics, Electrostatics, EM Waves, Magnetism, Current Electricity, Semiconductors & Communication Systems. Few Numerical based questions were easy. Few fact-based questions from class XII chapters of NCERT were also asked.
• Chemistry –  Easy level. Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were given more weightage compared to Inorganic Chemistry. Numerical Based questions from Physical Chemistry were easy. Inorganic Chemistry had questions mostly from NCERT. 

JEE Main Today Paper: "In terms of order of Difficulty – Mathematics was Moderately while Chemistry was easiest amongst the three subjects. Overall, this paper was of Moderate level as per students," said Ramesh Batlish, Head-FIITJEE, Noida.

According to Ramesh Batlish, Head, FIITJEE, Noida, "Questions covered almost all chapters of Class 10 and 12 CBSE Board. Balanced Paper as per students in terms of coverage of chapters. It was similar level as compared to papers held in June Session of JEE Main, 2022."

JEE Main 25th July Shift 2 paper has concluded. Various coaching institutes will soon release the JEE Main paper analysis and question paper with answer key and solution based on questions from students who had appeared in the exam.

Resonance coaching institute has released the JEE Main July 25 Shift 1 Physics question paper with solutions. Candidates can download the paper and calculate their expected scores in the exam.

The second shift of JEE Main 2022 July 25 exam will conclude at 6 pm. After the shift ends, candidates will be provided here JEE Main paper analysis, students reaction and question paper with answer key and solutions.

Candidates found the overall difficulty level of JEE Main 2022 shift 1 exam for Mathematics lengthy but moderate. Applicants have shared that the JEE Main 2022 session 2 Mathematics exam was easier as compared to the session 1 exam. The topics were from mathematical reasoning and statistics.

The authorities will declare the JEE Main result 2022 in online mode within few days after session 2 exam conclusion. The authorities are yet to announce the JEE main session 2 result date. Candidates will be able to download their results through JEE Main result login window at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2022.

Memory-based JEE Main 25th July shift 1 paper with answer are available now. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2022 question paper July 25 to know the correct answer to the questions asked in the exam.

NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2022 session 2 paper 2 for BArch and BPlanning on July 30, 2022. Admit cards for Paper 2 are yet to be released by the NTA.

As per the NTA notice, JEE Main admit card 2022 for candidates who opted for centres outside India will be displayed later on, as their exams are scheduled after July 25, 2022. Also, JEE Main 2022 admit card for Paper 2 candidates will also be released later. 

Coaching institutes like resonance and FIITJEE will soon release the JEE Main 25th July 2022 question paper with answer key and solution. Memory-based questions for shift 1 July 25 have been released by some institutes.
