The IISC application process is on and the last day to submit the application forms is April 30.

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore invites applications for admissions at the undergraduate course – a four-year Bachelor of Science (Research) programme. The application process is on in the institute and the last day to submit the application forms is April 30. Interested and eligible candidates can apply and submit the application forms at the official website of the IISC i.e. iisc.ac.in.

IISC admissions 2020: Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must have cleared any of the following national level exams — KVPY-SA, KVPY-SB, IIT JEE Main, IIT JEE Advanced and NEET UG with at least 60 percent marks. For EWS candidates, the cut-off is 54 and for SC/ST the cut-off is 30 percent. The selection of the candidates will be based on merit.

IISc Admissions 2020: Steps to apply

Interested candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying. Applicants can submit their applications for IISc admission 2020 following the steps mentioned below:  

Step 1: Visit the official website for undergraduate courses of the institute i.e. ug.iisc.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘online application link’
Step 3: The link will redirect you to the application link page

Step 4: Select the link that reads ‘apply to UG programme’
Step 5: Registration page will open
Step 6: Here, new users need to register and old users can simply log in with their registered credentials

Step 7: After registration, click on the application form link
Step 8: Enter necessary details along with the scanned copies of educational certificates and documents

Step 9: Make payment to complete the application process

Applicants must know that the admission application process will be considered complete only after the successful completion of the payment process.
