INI CET Nov 2025 exam anaysis is available here for January session. The question paper was moderate difficult. Most of the questions were clinical based. It must be noted INI CET 2025 analysis for November exam is based on response of exam taking students. Exam was held on November 9 from 9 am to 12 pm. INI CET 2025 Nov question paper was divided into 4 sections. Each section had 50 questions and candidates will be provided 45 minutes to answer each section. Q:   Which topics had maximum questions in INI CET 2025 Nov Exam?
A: 

A good number of questions were asked from topics such as Micro, Anatomy, Dermatology, Physiology etc. There were few questions from OBS Gynae, Ortho etc. Questions were one liner and concept based as well. There were fewer repeated questions this time. The overall difficulty level of the INI CET 2025 November question paper was moderate.

INI CET analysis comprises complete dissection of question paper including difficulty level, repeated questions, weightage from different topic, and other details. INI CET analysis is prepared based on memory-based questions asked from students who appear in the exam. The memory based questions are reviewed by experts and releases unofficial answer key solutions. Exam analysis helps aspirants to get an idea about overall difficulty level of the exam, so that they can make preparation plan accordingly. It must be noted AIIMS doesn't release official question paper and answer key solution for INI CET exam.

Overall difficulty level of INI CET 2025 November exam was moderate difficult. The question paper was little difficult than the last time. Most of the questions were clinical based. A good number of questions were from Medicine, Surgury, Anatomy, Physiology, Dermatology etc. Questions were one liner as well as image-based.

INI CET 2025 exam analysis has been provided here based on recall questions. Students are asked a series of questions including overall difficulty level, weightage, question asked from topics etc and analysis is prepared. Candidates must note that AIIMS doesn't release the official INI CET question paper and answer key. However, coaching institutes and other experts release the question paper and answer key solutions based on memory of candidates who appeared for the exam.

Difficulty level of INI CET Nov 2025 question paper

As per students, INI CET Nov 2025 was moderate difficult. Questions were little difficult than the last time, May exam. Questions were mostly clinical in nature. There were few epeated questions as well.

Maximum questions were asked from topics such as Micro, Anatomy, Physiology, Dermatology, Surgury.

Around 10-15 percent questions were repeat

Good Attempt

Around 60 percent questions were easy to attempt.

Difficulty level of INI CET July 2025 question paper

As per students, INI CET January 2025 was moderate difficult. Questions were easy than last time, January session. Questions were mostly clinical in nature. Repeated questions were also there. Few questions in Microbiology and multiple choice questions were confusing as per students.

Which topic had maximum questions?

Maximum questions were asked from topics such as Biochemistry, Surgury. There were less questions from OBS Gynaecology this time.

Around 20-30 percent questions were repeat

Around 70 percent questions were easy to attempt.

Q:   Will cut off more for INI CET 2025 November exam?
A: 

There is a possibility. The cut off is inversely proportional to the difficulty level of the question paper. If the question paper will be easy, then the cut off will go up and likewise. It must be noted that candidates have to score the minimum cut off percentile to qualify for the exam. 

Q:   What is INI CET Nov 2025 result date for January session?
A: 

AIIMS has announced INI CET Nov 2025 result date on November 15, 2025. The result comprising the list of qualified candidates will be uploaded on the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in. Those who score the minimum cut off are declared qualified for the exam. Minimum qualifying mark is different for different category. Qualified candidates will have to download INI CET Nov 2025 scorecard after providing details such as application number, password, and Exam Unique Code. AIIMS will conduct INI CET 2025 on November 9 in computer-based mode.

AIIMS opened correction window for INI CET Nov 2025 exam on October 24, 2025. Candidates could modify/correct details through correction window. The last date for correction window for INI CET 2025 November exam was October 26, 2025. Deadline to submit application form was October 21, 2025.

No, the INI CET is compulsory for admission to the MD programme at AIIMS Hyderabad. Candidates must qualify in this exam and hold a valid scorecard to proceed to the counselling stage. Without clearing this exam, students will not be considered for seat allocation in the MD courses at the institute.
