TS ECET Exam Pattern 2025: Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE releases the TS ECET 2025 exam pattern on the official website. Applicants can check the TS ECET exam pattern at ecet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates appearing in the exam can refer to the TS ECET exam pattern 2025 for their preparations. The exam pattern of TS ECET 2025 comprises duration, number of questions, marking scheme, subjects and others. TS ECET 2025 exam will be conducted in online computer-based mode.  

As per the TS ECET 2025 exam pattern, candidates will be provided 3 hours to attempt 200 objective multiple-choice questions. Applicants will be provided one mark for every correct answer while there is no negative marking in the TS ECET exam 2025. Q:   What is the TS ECET marking scheme?
A: 

The TS ECET marking scheme is released online by the authorities. For every correct answer, the candidates will be allotted 1 mark. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The authorities will also not deduct any marks for unanswered questions. Candidates are advised to become familiar with the official TS ECET marking scheme so that they are prepared for the examination. Since there is no negative marking, the candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as they can. 

Q:   What are the steps to access the TS ECET mock test?
A: 

TS ECET mock test will be released online at ecet.tsche.ac.in. The candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the mock test tab. From the list of Engineering papers displayed, the candidates will have to select the specific subject which they wish to attempt. No log in credentials will be required and the candidates will just have to click on 'Sign In'. After reading all of the instructions, the candidates will be able to attempt the questions in the TS ECET mock test.

Osmania University on behalf TSCHE has released the TS ECET 2025 exam date at the official website. Applicants can check TS ECET exam date at ecet.tsche.ac.in. TS ECET 2025 exam was conducted in online computer based mode on May 12. Applicants appearing in the exam had to carry their TS ECET admit card 2025 along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre on exam day.

Q:   Will TS ECET be held online?
A: 

Yes, TS ECET will be held online i.e., as a computer-based test. The authorities will conduct TS ECET at various examination centres. Candidates will have to attempt the examination online by choosing the correct answer from the multiple options provided on the system. The questions in the TS ECET paper will be objective and multiple-choice in nature. Candidates will have to complete the online entrance examination within the allotted duration.

Q:   What is the division of questions in the TS ECET paper?

TS ECET question paper consists of multiple-choice questions. During the entrance examination, the candidates will have to solve and answer 200 objective questions that are divided as per the subject. There are a total of 50 questions for Mathematics, 25 for Physics, 25 for Chemistry and 100 questions for the preferred Engineering paper. The candidates will have to choose their preferred Engineering paper from the available options and the questions will be set accordingly.

Q:   What are the sections in the TS ECET paper?
A: 

There will be four sections in the TS ECET paper - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering Paper. While Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are common for all, the candidates will be able to select their Engineering Paper (Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication /Computer Science/Chemical/Metallurgical/Mining/Electronics & Instrumentation/Bio-Technology). The paper will have objective multiple-choice questions.  

Q:   What is the medium of TS ECET paper?
A: 

According to the official TS ECET exam pattern, the medium of the entrance examination will be English. As the examination is multiple-choice in nature, the questions in the paper will be set in the English language. Therefore the candidates are advised to prepare for the examination accordingly. If the candidates face any problems during the examination, they can contact and ask for help from the invigilators at the centre. 

Q:   Which subjects have to be studied for TS ECET Pharmacy?
A: 

For TS ECET Pharmacy stream, the candidates have to study topics from four subjects - Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy and Pharmacology and Toxicology. For each section, the candidates will have to answer 50 objective multiple-choice questions each. A total of 3 hours will be provided to the candidates to complete the entrance examination. No extra time will be provided to the candidates to complete the examination.

Candidates are advised to study the entire TS ECET syllabus for the examination. However, the candidates can allot more time and give more attention to the important topics or those topics that are likely to have more weightage in the question paper. Candidates can refer to the previous year question papers to check the commonly present topics and their corresponding weightage.
